Family-friendly holiday rentals in Patong Beach

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist phantastisch und war ideal für uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern. Heinz war leider nicht vor Ort aber jederzeit per Mail erreichbar. Ar hat uns die Wohnung gezeigt und stand ebenfalls für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist hervorragend und der Strand nur wenige Meter entfernt und sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Ort ist eher überschaubar mit netten Restaurants und ein paar von den üblichen Geschäften für Touristen. Wer mehr Trubel möchte, kann für etwa 200 Bath mit dem Taxi zum Kata Beach oder dem dortigen Nachtmarkt fahren. Letzteres lohnt sich in jedem Fall. Direkt im Ort können Ausflüge gebucht werden, was meiner Einschätzung nach günstiger ist als eine online-Buchung. Wir waren als Familie sehr zufrieden und können einen Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!

Wir waren 17 Nächte in der Villa, vom Check-in bis zum Check-out war alles super. Zweimal die Woche wurde geputzt und die Handtücher gewechselt. Der Pool wurde gereinigt und der Garten sauber gehalten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren sehr zufrieden.

I stayed here for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. The house was absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean, peaceful, and very well-maintained. It offered a great sense of calm, which made it the perfect getaway. The host was warm, welcoming, and responsive, making the entire stay smooth and comfortable. Definitely great value for money. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing stay! Only advice is plan your daily commute in advance, as the place is located at a very steep mountain.

Well presented and easy to get to, easy access to waterfront and various activities. Olivier left a folder of handy hints and places etc. Great for adult families, secure enough for younger children. First overseas place I have been comfortable enough to not worry about anything going out anytime of the day or night. We all had a fabulous week. Thanks Olivier.

We loved our stay at Boyd's place - so close to the beautiful Kamala beach - just a quick walk of 2 minutes down the road, and we were watching the incredible sunset with our feet in the sand. I can't say enough about the amenities of this villa. We were very pleased with the functional items, as we had been traveling for nearly a month, it was nice to do our own laundry (bring detergent), and there were racks and several outdoor decks for easy drying. There is everything you need to make and serve simple meals including a separate kitchen - if you wanted to do a big dinner you would have to bring in different items for prep and service, but with planning that's no issue. The space seats and sleeps at least 6 people comfortably. The pool and outdoor private areas are lovely, well-maintained, clean. The car park at the door is a great convenience. Nice beds, good decor, clean. Staff were professional and welcoming, and were available 24 hours a day. Everything as pictured or better!

The house was absolutely amazing with a relaxing ambiance, pictures do not do this place justice. We loved spending time outside by the pool and in the garden watching the wildlife. The house is situated in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood away from noise, we liked the privacy. Inside the clean living area is spacious with a huge spotless kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and responsive allowing flexible check in/out times . The house is perfect for a family vacation or a couple looking for a quiet place with privacy.

Très joli logement avec une belle piscine. La commun est fluide avec l’hôte et en cas de soucis l’équipe intervient rapidement. Le logement est propre et un ménage est proposé durant la semaine, c’est super. Attention: soyez vigilant lors de votre réservation car dans ce logement vous devez payer votre électricité consommée à la fin de votre séjour. Il faut juste le savoir. L’environnement est calme est verdoyant avec vue sur le levé du soleil. Très agréable nous reviendrons

Bis auf wenige Kleinigkeiten war alles wie erhofft. Der Ansprechpartner für alles rund ums Haus Ivan war immer erreichbar und leistete sofort Hilfe und Unterstützung. Geschäfte und Restaurants waren gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich kann die Unterkunft guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

We had a fantastic stay at Paul’s condo! The apartment was excellent—very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with four air conditioners, a full kitchen, and a huge balcony complete with ceiling fans and a table, perfect for relaxing outside. The bedrooms were spotless and comfortable, and having free parking was a big plus, even if the spot was a bit tight—it still felt very secure to leave our car there. The location is great, within easy walking distance to the beach and plenty of local food spots. Communication with Paul was smooth and easy throughout. I highly recommend Paul’s place—it’s a great value and made our trip even better. Would definitely stay again!

Katrina was a wonderful host. Due to torrential rains and flooding in Phuket on the day of our arrival, the house we had originally booked was sadly flooded. Katrina organized for us to have a different (larger) house in approx the same area, and for the same price. We are grateful for her organizing! We have all really enjoyed our stay, and the kids (age 9 to 17) really enjoyed the pool. Luck, the property manager, was sweet and helpful, and we had all we needed. Thanks!

Lemon House - Beau's Place was my first pit stop when landed in Phuket. I came with my husband and a friend. The property has a very natural vibes, with greenery all over and very peaceful. Everything is accessible and within few minutes walk. The rooms are spacious with kitchen and patio separate offering more organized vibe to the property. Everyone was so helpful and kind :D Thanks Beau and team for organizing a wonderful stay for us. Looking forward to visiting again but this time longer stay. Der Aufenthalt bei Michael war fantastisch, es war sogar noch schöner wie auf den Bildern. Besser geht es nicht, wir haben jede Sekunde in der Unterkunft genossen. Mrs. Aoijai welche uns in Empfang genommen hat war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, herzlichen Dank.

Das Haus ist super gelegen. Direkt am Rand zum Wald in einer ruhigen Gegend. Alles wie auf den Bildern und sauber. Wir haben was in dem Haus vergessen. Sind nach unserem Aufenthalt in Phuket nach Ko Samui geflogen und Pim hat uns ein Paket in unser Hotel auf Ko Samui geschickt. Das war wirklich super nett! Kann jedem nur empfehlen hier zu schlafen. Great resort. Room as described. Close to everything in Patong. The employees are so nice. We were especially impressed with Aoi who did the breakfast and lunch shift- always smiling and very sweet.

Absolutely amazing stay!! The place is exactly as the pictures show, it has an amazing location which makes it so convenient! All amenities are available and of high quality honestly couldn’t fault it, Andy and Nikki were both so helpful and accommodating from the get go and made sure everything was arranged for us which was an amazing service from the both of them! Minorrr cons, The bed is a little hard but you get used to it and I wish the shower was a little warmer but it is still warm enough to have a nice shower so don’t let that put you off Overall an incredible place, I highly recommend this room to everyone looking to stay in patong, you wouldn’t want to miss it! P.s the balcony view… INCRECIBLE!

We had an incredible 7-night stay at Hann's place in Kamala, Phuket! The apartment was surrounded by lush green trees, offering breathtaking views that made our vacation truly unforgettable. The peaceful atmosphere was exactly what my wife and I needed. Hann was a responsive host, and special thanks to Fluke who was always available to help with any queries or requests. We highly recommend Hann's place to anyone looking for a serene and natural getaway in Phuket. We can't wait to come back!
