I enjoyed dealing with Kate who deserves her reputation as a super host. She was unlike some other hosts I have dealt with very flexible with check in and check out times. I really hope that I have the opportunity to stay in this lovely property again and wish her all the best

What a delight The old schoolhouse was to spend time. Kerry and Peter were very welcoming and it was so easy. The schoolhouse is very comfortable and well appointed with lots of thoughtful touches. We loved all the history of the place and information provided. It was quiet and very relaxing. A short walk to beach and pub! The absolute best thing is Kerry and Peter kept our little doggo company when we attended our function. Highly recommend this lovely place and the hosts.

Honestly, the most stunning experience. We loved the house, the setting, waking up to that beautiful view! It was heaven on earth, thank you so much for having us.

Location, location, location! Charlotte’s place in Tamarama is an absolute gem. It has everything you could possibly need, with the most spectacular views and what truly feels like your own private beach. The home is spacious, super comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing stay. Charlotte was incredibly accommodating she made our late check-in seamless and was so helpful throughout. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much, Charlotte!

An escape from reality is what we were after, Todd provided! Todd's place in Copacabana was our home away from home. Our whippet 'Willow' had fun in the fenced yard, may have been too inquisitive of the herb garden and trampled the rosemary... sorry about that! Our morning walk to the café on the beach provided us with the caffeine to explore this beautiful suburb. Obsessed with the vibe of Todd's home, giving us inspiration to style our own place! Todd was very friendly, always replying quickly and giving us a heads up for the weather. We recommend Todd's slice of heaven to any families and their furry friends!

Carla's place was exactly as described. It had absolutely everything you would need kitchen wise. I should have read the inclusions more carefully as everything was already there. the fan over the pool entertainment area worked wonders. Plenty of towels and fun activities for the family. Great location, just around the corner from the pub, beach and perfect for long strolls. Carla was very helpful, attentive and responded promptly. Thank you for being so flexible with check in & out times, it was much appreciated. A really well thought out holiday accommodation and I thoroughly recommend it to future guests; you will not be disappointed. Thank you Carla for a great Christmas present for my family.

As a large group we found the facilities to be excellent. The spa was clean and well maintained. Kitchen and bathroom facilities were also more than adequate for a large group. The area has a huge variety of water activities, shopping, nature, restaurants. The home is not easily accessed by the frail or the elderly due to the stairs and steep driveway but the view is amazing.

Great location by the lake and a beautiful guesthouse with luxurious touches. Matt is a very good host. Highly recommended.

Jo and her family are lovely and welcoming. We had a great stay. It was exactly what we needed. Quiet. Peaceful. Surrounded by nature and animals. Beds were very comfortable. Jo made fresh sourdough, provided eggs and vegetables. It was a lovely unexpected touch to supporting our time there. Lovely wineries and cafe's within a 15 minute drive. Highly recommend staying here.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Sharon’s one bedroom in the city! First, Sharon was a gem of a host! She was very responsive and sent detailed instructions with pictures for check in, knowing it could be confusing to find. She was also flexible to allow us to drop off bags early, which was a huge help! The apartment was just as described, a comfy space to come back to after big days of exploring! It was very clean and had all we needed for our stay.

Rex and Georgie's is a cute and private space with a beautiful garden. We loved how close it was to the beach and the thorough guide handbook. Overall, the space was very clean and tidy. Communication was prompt and polite. A couple of minor points to note: the mini fridge is a little noisy and distracting in the night. The bed linen smelled a little mouldy; we have allergies but it was tolerable.

We stayed at Daniel and Sasha’s property in Picketts Valley, what a gorgeous home it is. Everything is just like the photos. We enjoyed every bit of our stay here. With a large family catch up, their place had plenty of space and so much to do for the kids. Apart from the kids swimming in the heated pool and feeding the cutest little ponies every day, the bottom level of the house is a kids playroom. With something to do for all ages. The kids were so entertained. We are a family who love to cook, so the kitchen was fabulous. Lots of boards for a grazing table and a glass of wine in the afternoon watching the sunset with beautiful views. We appreciated the attention to detail and the simple things provided by Daniel and Sasha that made our stay really relaxing. We will be booking with them again. Thanks for making our 4 day break so enjoyable!

Damian was a great host. He even personally came around with a spare key. The property is as described. It was very quiet. Close to good restaurants and a couple of supermarkets. 2minutes walk to the Light Rail which goes down to Circular Quay. We will definitely stay again. Dianne and Kevin

we stayed at Villa Nessa for a bucks weekend with 14 guys, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was immaculate, spacious, and felt more like a home than a rental. There were plenty of comfortable beds, large living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen that made group meals easy. The spa was a standout feature—hot, clean, and ideal for relaxing after a long day. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet still close to everything we needed. Although we didn’t meet Vanessa in person, she was an exceptional host. Her communication was prompt, polite, and super helpful from start to finish. She made everything smooth and stress-free, even with a large group. It’s clear she puts a lot of care into making the home welcoming and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our mate’s upcoming wedding. Highly recommended to any group looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-managed stay. Would definitely return to Villa Nessa

Neil was an excellent host, very accommodating and accepted our very last minute booking. The pool table was great and well maintained, as was the hot tub. The stay was clean and very comfortable, everything you could need! Espresso machine, milk and some condiments in fridge, bottled water too. And reassurance in the welcome book about precautions taken to keep spiders at bay (i’m a recovering aracnaphobe). Bed was comfortable, shower was great and great water pressure. I think this place is an absolute steal of a deal! We only spent a short stay here on our way through from the Gold Coast to Victoria, but we will definitely be back! Thanks Neil!!

Jennene’s Airbnb is exemplary in every way. Immaculately kept, thoughtfully appointed, and perfectly positioned facing the sea, it’s the kind of place you immediately want to return to. The backyard is a dog owner’s dream - spacious, secure, and ideal for pets to stretch out and play while you enjoy the ocean breeze. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Just a heads-up: please don’t book in July… because we’re coming back!

Absolutely magic little spot! The flat was beautifully appointed. Inside was lovely- the renovations in the kitchen and bathroom are high quality. Beds are super comfortable with quality linen. Hosts are super friendly and were very very helpful.

Our party of 5 including grandparents and 2 yr old son had a lovely stay at Michelle's. we stayed for 4 nights and spent the mornings at the beach which is just around the corner and lazy afternoons in the pool. The garden and house are well maintained and very cosy for a family trip away. I'd recommend stocking up on food as there are currently no shops/cafes at Pearl beach, but it was handy having a coffee cart turn up next door in the mornings. Even though there is construction building next door, my 2 year old son loved watching the machines and was disappointed when they weren't working on the weekend！Thanks again for sharing your home with us Michelle, we will be back！

We had a wonderful stay. So close to the beach and sea pool. My daughter loved being able to use the scooters and bikes. This was fantastic as we had come from England. The house was lovely and clean and felt like a real home away from home. Great location for getting into Sydney by train. So much to do in the nearby towns to. It was just wonderful 🌈♥️☀️

Clean, cozy place within minutes walk from a dog friendly beach. it's a bit dark being on the ground floor and backing onto shrubs, but we were out and about most of the time so we didn't mind. Bed was comfortable, shower had great pressure, kitchen seems to be brand new. James and Viktoria had an extensive list of recommendations for beaches, dining out and dog friendly walks.

Sean’s tiny home is the perfect “off grid” romantic getaway. Very cosy and well thought out. The fire tub is an awesome touch. He had it warmed up when we got there and we heated it up for a couple more hours later at night and it was super relaxing. Can’t wait to come back.

We loved our weekend here. Perfect for our little family and lots to entertain our toddler - thanks Janet and Matt for setting up the cot!
