Holiday rentals with a patio in Paúba Beach

Beautiful, cozy and very clean place. It has everything we need and a little more!! It is in the center of everything and very close to the beach. Saulo and Sr Francisco were extremely attentive and the only problem we had with a shower, they solved instantly! Is already one of our favorite places and we will definitely be back more often!

We are still delighted with such perfection of space. Super cozy, beautiful, very organized and clean environment, well located and extremely complete - it was certainly the most complete accommodation we have ever had. Even going in low season, we were able to enjoy a lot of São Sebastião and Ilhabela. Driele gave us great tips for places to visit, both beaches and restaurants, and they were all amazing! We will definitely return more often!

Juliana and Rafael are exemplary hosts. We arrived before the check in and both were very flexible regarding the time of entry and exit! Upon arriving in space, we come across a clean and cozy environment. The care in every detail has caught our attention, from a welcome note to the folding of bath towels and linen. Thank you for receiving us very well and serving us with such kindness throughout the stay. We'll be back soon.

Bruno was a host who quickly communicated and resolved any difficulties. The bungalow matches the listing and has all the necessary amenities for a great stay.

The studio is super cozy and clean! It is a short time walking from the center and the beach, and it is a very quiet street to walk. The parking spaces, even if they are open on the street, have several cameras, which reassures the security. Everything in the studio was clean and fully matches the announcement! Tamie was super kind and helped us in what we needed, always responding quickly!! We love it!

Caroline's apartment makes us feel at home, very cozy, all very clean and not to mention the tranquility of the building. I stayed in her apartment a while ago, for all these reasons all the above I came back and will come back more often. About Caroline, always very fast to respond to my messages and always a lot requests. Highly recommend !!!!

The Studios do Flor da Terra are excellent I recommend staying in any of them. It's already my second stay and I'll definitely be back again. I recommend it to everyone.

We went with family and our stay was excellent. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, has excellent location within the condominium: near the beach and in front of the market that condominium (which in fact has a fair price). The view from the balcony is to the mountain, which brings a lot of calm to the apartment. The car is parked in the covered area and the whole check-in process was excellent. I recommend it.

No doubt we'll be back soon! Marcelo was very helpful and gave great tips that made ALL the difference in our stay, Seiva is also a separate attraction, delicious drinks and good food. The little house is like the photos, super cozy and has the basics to spend quiet days, we arrived and the room had the perfume of the bedding, sleepers like angels listening to the sea and we woke up with the birds. The access to the beach is very easy, a great differential and what made us choose the little house, which makes it possible to visit the sea at any time, the beach is very clean, full of fun caranguines in the sand. Super recommend and I'm even referring to friends, we love it!

We love our stay at Eleuse's place, she is an excellent host, she has given us many tips and always attentive. We went in 3 couples and we were very comfortable, the house is beautiful, spacious, equipped and easy to access. Super indico, would come back for sure!

I usually go to the island whenever I can to recharge my batteries, this time out of season in the cold, I chose this Recanto to celebrate my birthday, the Ponta da Sela condominium is an incredible place in itself, I always stay here, there is a fishing spot that loves to see the sunset there, among so many wonders of nature preserved in the place. Veronica's house is a surreal place, an impeccable house with a beautiful, infinity-edge pool. The house is very nice and private, and for those who have pets, it is all surrounded by the yard. Veronica answered me very well by phone, she is a flexible person, and gave me a small discount. She was flexible at check-in and check-out. Of all the houses we stayed in at Ponta da Sela, Veronica's was by far the best experience we had. The house is very complete, with many utensils. In short, I would spend hours writing about how good this experience was! Something surreal! Thank you for hosting us and giving us the opportunity to stay at your home, Veronica, we'll be back!!!

Everything was incredible. Great location, the apartment is inside a condominium that provides security and tranquility, with a sauna, grill, pool. The only observation is that it would be nice if they offered blankets. We arrived with our sheets, but because of the cold, a blanket would have been nice. Everything else was a total success.

Very complete, cozy, well organized house. Communication with Sônia from the beginning was very good, many tips and guidelines. The condominium is also very nice, with a pool and a breathtaking view. The location is also very good, close to beautiful beaches and shops. It was a great experience, I highly recommend it!!

We were very welcome and the location befitting the listing. Great house, quiet and safe place! Full stay. I only recommend taking bigger pans if they need to cook for more people. We also miss a refrigerator in the barbecue area. In addition, everything is great.

The Apartment is very cozy super structured, the view of the pool and the deck is amazing. Well located next to the city centre as well as excellent beaches nearby to enjoy. Paulo provided information and great entertainment tips. It was very worth it, they were wonderful days, the next opportunity I will come back :)

The place is great and just cross the street to get to the beach (station 11). The apartment has all calluses for a quiet stay on the beach! Super recommend the site and especially Luciana!!!

The stay was great, Afrânio and Mari were great hosts, polite and kind We had a problem with our car and Afrânio offered to pick us up on the ferry and gave us tips on getting around and tours, Mari helped us with great directions for Uber on the island, the place is cozy with a view of the sea, quiet, peaceful, we were comfortable during the stay and he attended to us very well, we had flexibility with the checkout which helped us a lot. The space beyond very beautiful, is extremely safe and pleasant. The house has air-conditioning in every room, plus screens in every window. The condominium is very well located and safe, the beach service is a differential and the Francisco employee helped us a lot with absolutely everything. It is noteworthy that the house is fully equipped, has a stove, oven, barbecue and everything that is needed for cooking. Without any doubt I will return soon, it is worth the rental, I recommend without any reservations.

Very nice place, lots of nature around and very quiet, outside the center movement. The apartment is great, well equipped. And Ederson is very friendly and has been helpful to help with everything we need. I highly recommend!!

Erika is lovely and her place is immaculate. It is walking distance towards restaurants and shopping and close to the Ihlabela ferry. Great find!
