Our house, Kasa d' Vizin, which means 'the neighbour's house', in Creole, is located in a little village overlooking the mountains and ocean. What makes our apartment unique is that it's a mix between European comfort and Cape Verdean style. Vegans & vegetarians welcome!

Our gardens deliver organic vegetables and fruit for our garden restaurant .The swimming pool uses no chemicals and the water is recycled into our gardens. Whether you want to go trekking or just relaxation in the safety of the mountains , THE RETREAT offers ll this and more. We also have a group room to sleep up to 9 people with 2 bathrooms.

This spacious room offers a coffee/tea corner with a fridge and a sitting area furnished with a comfortable sofa. The unit includes a shared balcony. While the room itself does not have valley views, guests can enjoy the panoramic scenery from our rooftop terrace. The room is shaded by a large mango tree. This means it is on the darker side, but it keeps the room pleasantly cool during warmer days. One window opens onto the hallway, though we have installed a privacy screen for your comfort.

Calming ocean of blue for a single traveller

The blue room is the smallest but coziest room of the house. This room is suitable for a single traveler who’s looking for a roomy bed or a couple that likes to snuggle close together in this 140x200 double bed. Small in size, but big in comfort, we offer you a bathroom with walk-in shower, a wardrobe, coffee corner with mini fridge and reading nook with views over the treetops. This room has a shared balcony with our bigger double room, but you’re also welcome to enjoy the rooftop terrace.
