It is located in the center of the island in the village of Platanos. Many beautiful beaches such as Kipiadi, Kipos, Kaki Lagada, Alati are very close to the house. It is the third in a row fully independent house in a renovated complex of three houses of Villa Callista, Rasalu house and Neraduhouse and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It was completely renovated in 2022 with the aim of remaining as it was 200 years ago.
