The house is located in the historic part of town, Mouraria, reserved to the Moors when Christians took the town in 1249. Lovingly restored to preserve the caché of the traditional housing it is fully equipped and provides all modern comfort. Set in a quiet street, it is only steps away from the famous market hall and the busy center of Loulé where you can stroll at leisure in the pedestrian streets with their cafés, bars and restarurants. In the historic heart of Tavira. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to the Castle as well as the Rio Gilao. Charming 80 m2 house. Very comfortable, terrace for your meals. Close to shops and restaurants. A 5-minute walk from the Municipal Market and the pier for Ilha de Tavira. All the amenities of the city center in a typical Portuguese house. I like to meet my guests on arrival and departure. This family home is located in the hamlet of California. It is surrounded by nature! You are 10 km from Salir and Ameixial. In these villages you will find shops, restaurants, snacks. Loulé is 20 km away. The major beaches of the Algarve are 40 km away. Travelers usually leave very early in the morning to go to the beach and they return in the evening to the quiet of the countryside. In the summer months the pool is available. Night parties are not allowed.
