Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Payne County

It was a great weekend place to stay and enjoyed the visit with our daughter.

We arrive and feel like we are HOME. The kitchen and baker's nook are amazing and stocked with kitchen gadgets and a "few" coffee cups/mugs. The bedrooms are spacious and generous with pillows and hangers. The carpet is so soft!

We stayed for our daughter’s graduation. Not much traffic, really quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds, plushy towels, Kitchen had plenty of pans and utensils. Overall a good stay!

Tanners place was amazing! He was very responsive & quick! His house is right in Stillwater & so close to everything! 10/10 recommend!

This is the second time we have stayed at Doyle‘s house. Both times we had a wonderful experience. The home is beautifully renovated, extremely comfortable, exceptionally clean and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here. Doyle is one of the best hosts we have ever had, and we travel a lot! Anytime we come through Stillwater, we will try to stay at this beautiful property.

Well equipped kitchen - the fridge even had an ice maker! Walkable to campus, a grocery store, and great restaurants. Will definitely book again on another visit to Stillwater!

House was very nice and clean. Jared was easy to work with and I would stay there again if I am ever back in town!

Great host and great home. Comfortable beds, tons of dishes and spices if needed - even used the gas grill for dinner one night. Quiet neighborhood is always a plus

Appreciated Jessica’s quick response! Our first AirBnb didn’t work out and hotels were full plus the rooms we did find were extremely expensive! Place was perfect for my daughter and myself while grandkids were at a clinic at OSU!

Came to Stillwater for my granddaughter’s graduation. It was clean and convenient to OSU. Brook was easy to get a hold of.

This is our second stay at this property, and we couldn’t love it more! It’s quiet, clean, bright and cheery and the hosts are a dream to work with! We love the location and will try to stay here every time we come to Stillwater. Would highly recommend!

Super cute and would definitely stay here again. It was close to everything we needed and the activities we were attending. If your stay is on the weekdays, know that the timed parking is the entire block, not just the ones with signs in front of them. We misunderstood and got a ticket our first day. It was only $20, so not horrible. Parking was really the only negative. Brooke was very sweet and super quick to respond to the questions we had.

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved staying in Ryan’s Airbnb. We were just a couple block from the strip and right by the campus where our friends were. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed Jeremy's Haven in Heaven... Stillwater, <3 The team was very proactive and responsive w any question I had. My son loved the TV with all of the channel and options. We will definitely book again!

Cute little place. Clean. Had everything we needed. The furniture is a little stiff and hard, so if you want a soft mattress, this may not be your place. The pool was great. It’s in the middle of all the buildings, so it’s only sunny earlier in the day. The communication is great and they’re super nice. I’d stay here again!

The location was perfect and easily walkable to GIA for graduation. Huge plus because the traffic is crazy at graduation time. Meredith was an excellent host and the condo was beautiful. She was responsive to all questions and provide local treat for us when we arrived. The charcuterie box was delicious and the little loafs of bread were perfect for breakfast. I would definitely book again.

Dawn’s listing was one of the very BEST Airbnbs we have stayed at! It was clean, cute and well furnished with everything we needed while being away from home. Our family will be coming to Stillwater a lot during the next 4 years and we plan to always choose 409!

Great condo for groups. We had 4 couples in for Dads Weekend. Perfect since each room has its own bathroom, but still good living/kitchen to hang out together. Decorated really cute and beds/furniture were all very comfy. Finally, Jeff & Laura were fantastic hosts! Very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was good.

Gretchen and Charles were awesome! They were very nice and friendly. They made check in a breeze and were helpful. An added bonus was the fruit, snacks and beverages provided! I would definitely stay again!
