The ideal vacation for time travelers. My house was built in 1910 as one of the first vacation homes on Lake Constance. The atmosphere in the house is relaxed, slow and cheerful and you will find the time for all the things that are important to you. When you look out the window, you can see over the park to the lake and can still watch the cheeky squirrels. On 240 m², everyone can find their favorite place. It was a very good and pleasant stay for the big group we were. The host was adjusting for both checkin and checkout as we were driving from a long distance and had unexpected delays. Instructions provided via the guide were pretty clear - with the consumption charges etc , beds and lines were done , towels were provided, good number of toilets , good parking spaces. Maps says you have reached the destination a few houses before and it was a bit tricky to find the place when it was snowing in the night. In whole it was a very pleasant and friendly stay there.

We felt very comfortable. The house is super well-equipped. Supermarket, bakery and bike rental right next door. Everything goes without a car By foot to the ferry or bus. Directly from the house you can also go through Bärlauchfelder to the climbing forest and then beautiful to Hagnau or so on. It's especially worth a trip to Meersburg.

We had a stay with 4 adults and 3 children. The house was very large with spacious rooms and plenty of parking. All the amenities were available and it was really clean. The only downside… the same period has already been booked next year.

The house is beautiful, and extremely spacious. It could easily fit 10-12 people due to the size of the living spaces and number of bathrooms. It is around a 5 minute walk back down the hill to the parsenn bus station which was exactly as described. The kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely consider staying here again especially if we were staying in a larger group. This place is perfect for large family holidays.

A very nice chalet, ideal for families and couples. We lived in the property with three couples. We were all able to sit together at the table both at breakfast and dinner, as well as in the living area. The fireplace offers a pleasant warmth after a short time.

Enjoyed a great week in this house which is located high up in Fias, with great views and close to the gondolas. The house’s well equipped kitchen was used a lot. Virtually all rooms have a great balcony or terrace - wonderful.

The villa is fantastically beautiful and very clean. The communication on site is great and all wishes were fulfilled immediately. We also got great wines as a gift and felt all comfortable. What we didn't know: the pool and sauna must be shared with other guests, for example, a family with children. It was then arranged in such a way that we make individual agreements.
