Guest house holiday rentals in Pecos River

This little casita is located in a really neat neighborhood close to the Railyard. So it’s within walking distance to the Santa Fe Farmers Market and the historical square. Liz and Scott were great hosts. The place is clean, decorated in southwestern style. Well stocked. Very comfy bed. Our hosts left us a bottle of wine and some snacks. We had a private courtyard with a covered porch and seating, which was fun to sit and watch the rain.

My two friends and I were visiting for a conference and we were so enchanted by Melanie and Paul's beautiful and peaceful property. The beds were so comfortable that we fell asleep immediately. We had such a nice time chatting with them the next morning. I wish we could have stayed longer - hopefully will be back next time we're in Santa Fe! Thank you!

This is our third time staying at Tonie's casita. We've always enjoyed the peaceful setting with privacy and easy access to hiking and activities in Santa Fe. We love the Santa Fe style decor. Has everything you need for an pleasant stay.

We’ve enjoyed three stays at Andrea’s place and have enjoyed each one. The flat is quite comfortable and well equipped. We enjoy staying outside of town for easy access to hiking places.

Llama Ranch is a wonderful spot! Cary was kind, greeted us personally when we arrived and gave us helpful hints. I loved the pool and hot tub. Check in and out was pretty seamless.

Mariam’s casita was a great place to stay! We’ve been to Santa Fe many times and the casita was so quiet and peaceful, yet walkable to Canyon Road and all its amazing galleries. It was close to the plaza and to great hiking trails. We were celebrating our 35th Wedding Anniversary and the casita was perfect for our trip!

We really enjoyed our stay at Machel’s. She was so warm and welcoming and we felt right at home. Her casita was cozy and clean and we had all we needed to cook and be together as a family after days out sightseeing the area. Her horses and goats were so sweet and it was so peaceful to walk around or sit and just enjoy the sunsets after busy days. We felt it was a place we all looked forward to unwinding at after sightseeing all day. We were pleasantly surprised to find there is a loft area with a couple mattresses as well. The roof is lower, maybe about 4 ft. high so it’s technically not a bedroom and it’s open to the kitchen below but my 16 year old daughter slept up there an loved it while my 13 year old son had the back bedroom with the daybed. Machel was super responsive and available if we had any questions or just wanted to chat but she also was very good about giving us privacy. I would definitely return and stay there again. This place was perfect for a stop over in Amarillo. It is as comfy as home. The decor is precious. Several pieces I would love to have in my own home. The courtyard is very well maintained. Would definitely recommend Hal and Rita’s Cottage.

Great Airbnb in adobe home. Comfortable and felt at home. Walkable to Railyard -about 10 minute walk. Loved coming back in the evening and enjoyed morning coffee in the garden. Recommend to visitors to Santa Fe!

Tommy’s spot was beautiful and comfortable. The area was pretty, private, and peaceful . Completely recommend for 2 guest to stay here! Loved our stay. We accidentally left some things behind which we didn’t even notice and they nicely messaged us so we could pick them up! :)

I work in Amarillo one week per month and this is my #1 choice for places to stay. If you're interested, go ahead and book it. A couple of times, it has been booked ahead when I wanted it but I waited too long. It's always immaculately clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Joseph and Megan’s home was exactly as listed. It’s an ideal location, and they provided me with plenty of recommendations. They were extremely responsive and friendly.

This was our 2nd stay at Puerta Azul and everything was comfortable, clean, and quiet and as always, Geri is a gracious host. The guesthouse is nicely appointed with all the amenities you need. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, yet it is convenient to the Plaza and surrounding restaurants and attractions. John has birdfeeders and birdbaths out every day which makes sitting out on the back yard portal fun for birdwatching. Geri takes great care of the landscaping and the flowers were blooming and beautiful. We plan to return for a future visit and look forward to another stay.

Sara's place was perfect for my wife and I and our dog Moose. It was perfectly clean and comfortable both inside and outside. The area was private for a casita, had off street parking, and was very close to everything we wanted to do in Santa Fe. We would stay at Sara's again if we make it back to Santa Fe. All three of us went to the dog park twice a day during our stay. It was our favorite spot in town for views, exercise, entertainment, and within 5 minutes of Sara's place. The back road to the park was beautiful as a bonus with views over the whole city.

They had the blow up mattress up and made for us, so incredibly grateful, we were tired after a long drive. The home is beautiful and we felt so safe and comfortable. The arcade games were a big plus, sent us back to our childhood. This place is also close to all sorts of things. We loved it here! HIGHLY recommend!

Quiet and well away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Santa Fe. For us, this location was close to fun thrift stores (The Cat Stores and the Horse Rescue Shelter Thrift) and our favorite restaurant, The Ranch House. Still an easy drive to downtown via I-25 to Old Pecos Trail. We also traveled to Abiquiu and Ghost Ranch via 599/Vets Memorial Highway. Clean, nicely decorated with a western flair and extremely responsive hosts. We would definitely stay again.

Virginia’s cottage was so cozy. I was there during a warm time and the mini split worked very well to bring down the temperature. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was perfect. A perfect retreat. Virginia is a generous host. The kitchen is well stocked with tea, coffee, and oatmeal. I would stay here again on a future visit.

This unit has a great location in an older part of town sprinkled with Craftsman-styled homes and offering easy access to freeway and downtown. It was our first time to stay in Andria's studio and hopefully not the last. Unit is tastefully laid out with family/TV room, fully-stocked kitchen, good-sized walk-in shower, a very comfortable king-sized bed, two bedroom closets, and front door parking. Though pet friendly, the unit was very clean with no odors or pet fur floating around. We also appreciated Andrea's quick response to our check-in/check-out requests. Skip the hotel and stay in Andria's studio.

This was our first trip to Sante Fe and we could not have chosen a more perfect place to stay! Sylvi's guest home was lovely, clean, fresh, and very comfortable - an absolute jewel! Sylvi is very welcoming and proactive in making sure everything is as needed - so kind and thoughtful in leaving a bottle of wine and wonderful chocolates from a local shop. That was the cherry on top! We loved that she provided information on restaurants, shops, hiking trails, and local sights to see. We are sharing about our trip with family and friends and our stay in Sylvi's home is at the top of our list to share! We hope to come back!

MOST IMPORTANT - The Wildlife! There is a huge pack of non-native rams that roam freely but at a good distance from the property. There are deer, boar, hummingbirds, and a host of other wildlife in the area. Nothing disturbed us and we felt 100% safe. Deanna’s place is perfectly located for ppl that want to experience many areas of west Texas. We took a day trip to Big Bend, spent a day in Marfa and Valentine, we drove up to Monahans State Park, PLUS Fort Davis and McDonald Observatory were only a few minutes away. Or you can hike on the property, which we didn’t get to do this time. Deanna greeted us upon arrival, and was very helpful with giving us tips about the local community. The space was clean and comfortable. Would love to come back again.

Such a great find. Maggie is very kind, friendly and helpful and the instructions were clear with very detailed descriptions of places to go and eat. The house was charming and clean and well-decorated. Comfortable and cozy. Highly recommend!
