Holiday rentals with a patio in Pecos River

This is our second time in this air bnb. Both times was great, comfortable and if needed owners corresponded with us immediately. So much better than staying in a hotel. We will definitely book again when in Big Spring. In fact, just waiting on date for my granddaughter’s sweet sixteen and then I will book asap. Kudos to Renae and Kaleb

This was an excellent condo to enjoy a weekend of baseball in Ruidoso. Our kids love all the amenities of Innsbrook and I appreciated the clean, updated and relaxing layout of this listing! It was definitely a great choice!

Just passing through while on a road trip and it was just what we needed.

Lillian’s condo was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and the surrounding condo’s were quiet. The pool was very nice and it was located close to anything you would need. The kitchen was perfect for breakfast and lunch, but you may not be able to cook a full meal in it. We had a great stay and would stay here again.

From start to finish, Kim was extremely helpful and their place was exactly like described. We really enjoyed our time in Ruidoso in this condo fit our needs perfectly. It was extremely clean and well maintained. We would love to visit again.

My partner and I definitely enjoyed our stay! The layout and design was miraculous. We fell in love with the bathroom for sure! The amenities were great to have if you’re looking to spend time outside. They responded very quickly if we had an emergency. But overall if we come back to Marfa next time, for sure staying here again.

We really enjoyed this home. It was so nice to have 3 bedrooms with 3 full baths. We enjoyed the extra amenities, like bottled water, some snacks, coffee and great TV options. It seemed well equipped for your kitchen needs, lots of towels, nice appliances and the rooms were decorated for homey. The beds were very comfortable. It was worth the price for our stay. We will definitely consider this home when we are back in Lubbock.

was my first AirBnb experience,I tried this because my husband pays double in hotels,and I was able to cook,but after an unfortunate incident,my fault,aI don't think it's wise for me to use Airbnb in the future

This house was super accommodating for small kiddos and babies. We stayed here with my 8 month old and 3 year old and it was a great weekend. The most accommodating AirBnB I’ve ever been to. They let us use the garage as well which was definitely a plus!

We stayed at Michelle's cottage for one night during our move from El Paso to Chicago. We had our dogs with us and they really enjoyed the back yard. We enjoyed it as well, trying the putting green and horseshoes. We sat on the patio to eat our takeout food on a beautiful evening. The bed was clean and comfortable and we felt well-rested for the next leg of our journey. We were towing a U-Haul trailer, so Michelle's driveway was super helpful since it is a pull-through.

My little group of 3 enjoyed ourselves so much. The house was easy to find and it was a very relaxing place to come home to after a day of adventures.

For our week stay in Lubbock during our son’s TTU summer basketball camp, this was a great stay in a great location! It was as described, and both people and pet friendly with plenty of living and kitchen space for our family of 3 and doodle. Would definitely stay here again!

A really lovely home. It was clean, well cared for, and a perfect stop for the night on our way through the area.

Barbara and Tim’s place is a great spot for families — it’s spacious, clean, and has a lovely yard that’s perfect for four-legged friends. Everything in the home was thoughtfully labeled, which made settling in easy. It’s clear the hosts take great pride in maintaining the property, and we really appreciated the attention to detail. That said, some of the house rules, especially around the white towels and pet policies, felt a bit strict. While totally understandable, a few of the reminders (like black light checks and potential charges) made it a little harder to fully relax. Overall, we had a nice stay — just something to keep in mind if you’re looking for a more laid-back vibe.

The house was a really nice place for our 2025 Girls trip. We floated in the pool, sat outside and visited and the beds were comfortable and sheets were so soft!! Plenty of room for our group of 7!! Great Hosts!!

Cooking pots were old and rusty, knives were rusty as well so I purchased my own to be able to cook, the dinning table chairs are wobbly probably should be replaced but over all the place was great!

Our stay was excellent! We loved the condo — beautifully decorated, very cozy, and fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home.
