Holiday rentals with a patio in Pedregal

We stayed here for a week and loved it! The condo can use a little sprucing up but the views make it worth it. The bed was very comfy. Costco is a quick uber down the block. We stocked up on what we needed for the week and made breakfast to eat on the balcony every morning. The amenities are nice! The condo has everything you need for a little beach day at the private beach. 10 minute uber ride to downtown. We will definitely be coming back here again!

Absolutely loved our stay! The location is perfect, right in the middle of the marina with super secure access. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay! Didn’t use the hot tub but the view was beautiful! Super comfortable bed & couches! Loved that there was 2 full bathrooms as well. Highly recommend. Loved my morning walks around the marina to medano beach (10 mins away along the marina). Also loved the convenience of having 2 supermarkets within a few mins walk, one right below (with direct lift access to the mall) and a new Walmart across the road. Super secure parking as well. Staff and security are all very friendly and helpful! This location has become the only place we stay when visiting Cabo!

Location, location, location! We loved our stay in Cabo. Just a short walk to Medano Beach and close to everything. The place was clean and comfortable, and the host was super responsive. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back again!

This place is MAGNIFICENT! I loved this spot so much! I am a bit picky with hotels and venues, but this was stunning - just what I needed. It looked better than the pictures. I will say that if you are looking for a spot in the middle of all the party or tourist action, this isn't it. If you need beachfront, this isn't it. What it does have is beautiful decor, stunning views of the water and Arch, fantastic top floor outdoor space with a grill, privacy, peace, and so much more! The pools always had space available, and there is a grocery store and a Costco right across the street. There is slight noise from their trucks, but being from Chicago, I didn't notice it too much. Alvaro is the best host ever, and helps whenever needed. I never waited more than 10 minutes for him to respond to a request or question, and he would fix whatever slight issue I may have within minutes. What a great addition to a fantastic experience. I'm already planning my next trip there, and so should you.

Absolutely Stunning – Even Better Than the Pictures! Santiago’s place completely exceeded all expectations. The photos don’t even come close to capturing how beautiful this home truly is in person. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect — the decor, the layout, the comfort, and the attention to detail were all top-notch. The location was absolutely ideal — close to everything, yet still felt private and peaceful. Whether we were lounging by the pool, enjoying the views, or exploring the area, it was all an incredible experience from start to finish. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re considering booking it, do it — you won’t regret it!

Absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb condo in Cabo! The views were breathtaking—sitting nestled inside of Pedregal entrance with the perfect elevation , that sunrises from the balcony were unforgettable. The infinity pool was a dream, overlooking the ocean and perfect for relaxing any time of day. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and the marina. Super clean, modern, and peaceful. I actually came to Cabo to check out the different areas to live as I am moving there from the US. I liked this condo area so much I would purchase this unit given the chance.

We had a great stay, would book again and highly recommended! Check-in was smooth, the house was beautiful, extremely clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. Overall we found the place to be excellent value for the money. Clara was a responsive and kind host throughout. Everything in the home worked well, and we had no issues during our time there. On the final day, the key broke off in the front door lock, which had felt a bit stiff during the stay—but Clara was very understanding and handled it graciously. It was just one of those random things that can happen, and she communicated clearly the whole time. Would happily stay here again and recommend to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay at Marks place! David was a wonderful local host and this Airbnb really made our vacation. We used their recommended transportation to and from the airport which was incredibly easy- David helped to set that up. The house is even better than the pictures, spacious, comfortable, has everything you need, and an awesome pool. The location was very convenient- we rented the golf cart to travel around the community was our kids loved. You have access to pools, restaurants and more. We loved the dining area “The Market” because it had several food vendors and a bar so everyone in the family could have what they wanted. We took a provided shuttle into downtown Cabo a few times as well and ubered home. David gave great recommendations based on what we were looking for and always responded promptly. We hope to come back!

I had a wonderful time at Casa Tomas! The location was perfect, and the entire experience from beginning to end was seamless. Robyn and Julie were amazing hosts — super accommodating and made me feel right at home. If you're planning a trip to Cabo, I highly recommend staying here. We were able to walk to most places, and when we didn’t feel like walking, cabs and Ubers were easy to get. Bonus points for the pickleball court on the property — such a fun amenity! They even rent paddles onsite, so it’s super convenient if you’re looking to play. All around, a fantastic stay!

Shonas place was a 10/10!! I was very satisfied and her place is just as described. It’s located in a beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood. The private beach is just a 10 min walk. She has an umbrella and beach towels for use, which we appreciated very much! The house is very spacious with lots of storage space and very pretty! You can see the Cabo Arch from the upstairs balcony, that was very cool! It’s located about 10-15 from downtown. I would definitely recommend this house!

Sorel’s place was perfect for our group of six. The bedrooms are private and the open space is plentiful for group dinners and gatherings. What really makes this place special is the concierge service. Dian, Jesus, and Ali were amazing. We felt spoiled rotten by their amazing meals and attentive service. Thanks to you three for making our stay so special!

A house that really conveys peace, perfect for the whole family, the beds are really comfortable! I always look for that kind of extra and I was delighted! Highly recommended! The house has great spaces and with lots of room for all guest . You can find your own space in the house. Super clean and you can find all necessary to make you feel immediately at home . Jacuzzi and pool are great and very functional , I also recommend use the community pool . You will not be disturbed by the construction behind. The house is in a very nice gate community and security guards are super friendly . A/C, washer , dryer, beds, rooms are functional and comfy , we really enjoy our stay .

The home was stunning, beautiful ocean views, sunrise and sunsets. The home was immaculate. The host, Geraldine was extremely responsive, communicative, and so kind. Her local recommendations were spot on and we thoroughly enjoyed meals prepared by professional cooks each evening. We traveled with 3 children and 4 adults. The layout of the home was perfect for ensuring a bit of privacy between spaces so that everyone had their own space for relaxing and sleeping. The rooms are very spacious, well equipped, decorated, and cared for. This was one of the best vacations that we have ever had. We enjoyed being close to the amenities of the city, but away from the tourists. The neighborhood development was extremely save, well maintained and quiet. The added surprise of the development clubhouse with access to the tide pools, additional swimming pool, hammocks, and fire pits was such a pleasant surprise. Overall wonderful experience and one of our favorite family vacations! Thank you all!

We had such a wonderful time staying at this beautiful Airbnb in Cabo! The space was clean, spacious, and exactly as pictured—perfect for our group. Each bedroom was comfortable and cozy, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. The location was ideal—close to everything we wanted to see and do, but still quiet and relaxing when we wanted to unwind. The hosts were communicative and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. We loved spending time on the patio, soaking in the views and enjoying the warm Cabo weather. This is my third time staying at these condos, and I never regret it. It's beautiful! The views are absolutely stunning, you can see the majestic rocks of Los Cabos right from the living room. The tennis court and beach access are a huge bonus and one of the many reasons I keep coming back. Costco and a large grocery store are just a five-minute walk away, and the airport is only about 30–40 minutes from here. I will definitely be returning to this place. Plus, they have all the amenities you need to cook and feel right at home.

This Airbnb stay was absolutely beautiful ! Lily was an incredible host, always responsive and helpful. The apartment was impeccably clean and greatly furnished. This unit is clean, modern, well equipped and everything worked well, the building is located in the center of the city and it is walking distance to everything, there is a large grocery store in the mall below that has everything you could need. The management team was great, Renee and Brisa were quick to respond to any questions I had and they were right there to meet me when I arrived. I would stay here again for sure.

This Airbnb was everything I wanted and more! Stunning views, friendly people, easy access to the beach and pool and multiple restaurants. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation!

Great Place to stay at! Enjoyed it very much!

This place is amazing! Easy to get to and local grocery stores, including Costco right outside the gate! Washer and dryer with supplies included. Host was soooo great and responds right away. The house includes beach chairs to take with you with towels and anything you can think of for a fun beach day! The beach is 8 mins away. Clean and huge when it comes to space. Enough room for a family and guest. It was so amazing that we almost changed our flights to stay another day. THE PRICE IS AMAZING and wayyyy better than some of the all inclusive hotels on the coast because you can see the water and you have everything at your fingertips at this house. THE PICTURES HARDLY DO THIS PLACE JUSTICE! It’s BEAUTIFUL! Thank you for being so sweet and kind to us and we will definitely be back !

We had a wonderful time at the condo!! The condo was just as described in photos, it was clean, comfortable, and the view was so amazing! The Host was quick to respond to any questions we had. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. We enjoyed the entertainment futures and the overall home decor. We would definitely book this condo again.
