Beautiful apartment. The hosts helped us navigate parking and were extremely helpful and communicative.

Πολύ όμορφος χώρος, έξυπνες λύσεις μέσα (π.χ. φωτοκύτταρο στο μπάνιο) και πολύ φιλική η κυρία Κωνσταντίνα, με την επικοινωνία μας να ήταν αμεσότατη. Μας κέρασε και τσιπουράκι δικής τους παραγωγής που ήταν φανταστικό. Αν ξαναπέρναγα από τα Γιάννενα θα ήταν η πρώτη μου επιλογή. Το συνιστώ!

Επισκέφτηκα την πόλη με ΚΤΕΛ για δουλειά και ο χώρος ήταν ακριβώς αυτό που ήθελα. Οικονομικός και φιλόξενος με οργανωμένη κουζίνα. Δεν είχα κανένα προβλημα με την διαμονή μου.

Alexis’ place was perfect for us, and he was a great host - very responsive to and helpful with our initial questions. The check-in instructions were very clear and we very much appreciated the off-street parking. The bed was comfortable. The shower was excellent. It is a neat and stylish studio apartment. The location was great - very central and walkable to the lake front and to many restaurants and bars. There is no noise to the apartment from all the activity nearby. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Alexis.

Leiligheten passet oss perfekt. Vi var to kolleger av motsatt kjønn og med hvert vårt bad og soverom var dette perfekt og et mye bedre alternativ enn hotell når det kommer til pris. Her kunne vi lage maten vi ville ha selv og enkelt ta oss en tur ut og spise. Verten gav oss gode instrukser og kommuniserte godt. Uovertruffen kvalitet på leiligheten og vertskap! Business standard!

Thank you for hosting us Stavros! The room had the most spectacular view outside the balcony. The host was very friendly, very hospitable. Stavros answered all of our questions and provided us with very good restaurant recommendations and information/advice on visiting the nearby monasteries. It was one of the best stays that we’ve had in Greece. Thank you, I would be sure to recommend this place to others or be glad to visit again! ❤️

Ο χώρος ήταν καθαρός τακτοποιημένος και άνετος όπως περιγράφεται και φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες επίσης υπήρχε ησυχία . Η οικοδέσποινα έδειξε ενδιαφέρον κατά την άφιξη και κατά την διαμονή μας και την ευχαριστώ για αυτό . Ευχαρίστως θα πρότεινα και σε άλλους να επισκεφτούν το μέρος η ακόμα και εγώ θα το ξανά προτιμούσα σε μελλοντική μου επίσκεψη στα Γιάννενα

Ήταν ένα εξαιρετικό 3ήμερο στο πανέμορφο σπιτάκι του κυρίου Γιάννη! Ο χώρος είναι όπως στις φωτογραφίες, πολύ καθαρός, όμορφος και άνετος. Η θέρμανση από το τζάκι έδινε μια ωραία ατμόσφαιρα και η πρόσβαση σε ξύλα ήταν άφθονη. Η τοποθεσία πολύ ήσυχη αλλά και πολύ κοντά στα γύρω χωριά. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν φιλικοί και προστατευτικοί και με το σκύλο μας! Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα και θα θέλαμε κι εμείς να ξαναπάμε!

Close by the historical center and the lake Pamvotis . Easy parking besides the parking spot which is provided by the owner. Very quite residential area with a Bakery and coffee shop closely, as well as a Vasilopoulos S/M

Nice small apartment with evertything you need, including coffee, tea and a welcome drink, very central but quiet. Perfect hosts, quick responses. Dora and her husband even picked us up from the bus station and made a short round tour with us through Ioannina. Highly recommended.

Εκτός από την διαμονή στο σπίτι. Δεν μπορώ να πω τίποτα. Άψογη με όλη την σημασία τής λέξεως. Πολύ ωραίο διαμέρισμα. Καθαρό. Επικοινωνία άψογη. Και πάνω απ όλα άνθρωπος. Και σίγουρα θα ξανά πάω...

Ενα ησυχο και πολυ καθαρο διαμερισμα στο κεντρο της Καρδιτσας, το οποιο παρεχει οτιδηποτε μπορει να χρειαστει καποιος κατα την διαρκεια της διαμονης του. Η οικοδεσποτροια εξαιρετικη και απαντουσε αμεσως σε οποιοδηποτε αιτημα ή ερωτημα ειχαμε. Ευχαριστουμε πολυ!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place is very clean, well-maintained, and has a nice, cozy interior. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged. It was even better than described in the listing. As a bonus, there are some friendly cats around, which made the stay even more special. Would definitely recommend!

Geriefelijke studio met groot schaduwrijk terras met een grote tuin, uitgebaat door authentiek vriendelijke familie. We hebben hier enkele zalige dagen doorgebracht. De familie stond altijd voor ons klaar en voorzag ons van een hele hoop tips in de regio! Op wandelafstand van de grot, op fiets- of rijafstand van het gezellige stadje. De accomodatie was heerlijk fris, zelfs zonder de airco te moeten gebruiken. Heel net en alles wat je nodig hebt om te koken, … Heel erg bedankt! We zijn heel blij hier enkele dagen te hebben mogen blijven.

Place is clean and beautiful. Views are spectacular. If you are unable to go up stairs to the third floor, it might not be ideal. But for everyone else, I highly recommend staying here!

Petit logement très agréable avec son jacuzzi privatif 🥰 dommage de ne pas inclure le tarif du jacuzzi dans l’hébergement, autrement rien à dire !

J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour chez Irini. L'appartement est très propre, magnifique et confortable (les photos représentent bien). Irini m'a accueillis lors de mon arrivé vers 20h et ils étaient vraiment charmants. Ils m'ont fait de bonnes recommandations lorsque nous avons discuté et toutes les informations sont aussi présentes concernant les activités dans l'appartement. L'appartement est proche du centre, facilement à pied en maximum 5-10 minutes et près des bus/trains et restaurants. Il est facile d'accéder aux Météores (qu'on voit de l'appartement!). Il s'agit d'un appartement que je recommande fortement :)
