Villa Liipi

A magnificent new villa on the shores of Lake Simojärvi. The villa is in a scenic, quiet location at the tip of the cape. The villa has four bedrooms with beds for 10 people and a sofa bed for 2 extra people. The spacious kitchenette can prepare meals for a large group and has room for 12 people to dine at the same time. The villa has two large saunas (electric and wood-fired) and an 8-person outdoor hot tub. Good beach, rowboat, 2 SUP boards and a rubber kayak for free use by customers.

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Bus runs every 30 minutes from 6:22 AM to 9:42 PM. The swimming pool and gym are 4.4 km away, santasport.

Experience our unique Aurora igloo. Clamping near the city centre but still next to the forest. See and feel the frost around you but enjoy the warmness of the real fire and down blanket. Enjoy Lapland! We have only one igloo in our garden and it is one of a kind! You may also use the garden around for winter fun activities. We have sledges and shuffles for your use. There is no jacuzzi/hot tub or sauna available in this accommodation I am afraid.

Farmhouse near famous attractions Korouoma Canyon and Auttiköngäs. Our “nature park” is perfect for those who enjoy peace and quiet and the natural environment, for families with children, for those looking for the northern lights and the starry sky in winter, and for ice climbers in Korouoma. Our own lake allows for ice fishing and other outdoor activities on the ice, as well as boating in the summer.

Holiday Home Snowberry

Welcome to the middle of nature to enjoy the cozy atmosphere of a log cabin. This holiday home, built in 2013, is located only about a 30-minute drive from the center of Rovaniemi and Santa Claus Village. The cabin has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a fireplace, and a wood-fired sauna where you can experience the Finnish sauna culture. There is also a private lean-to (laavu) on the premises.
