Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Pelješac

The view is a 15/10 and Irena was a great hostess! She was very proactive and took great care of me when I got sick. She made an extra trip with linens and had plenty of suggestions on where to get additional supplies. Even before I felt up for leaving the apartment, the view was healing in and of itself! Irena was also immediately helpful (at 10:30 at night!) in getting on the phone with the internet provider to reset the WiFi after a brief power outage that affected the entire bay. She got us up and running in just a few minutes! So grateful we stayed here!

Hervorragend. Ein ganz besonderes Haus für Naturliebhaber. einsam in einer Privatbucht gelegen. Man hört nur die Vögel und das Meer. Sonnenuntergang inklusive. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Er hat uns sogar frischen Fisch gefangen und köstlich zubereitet. Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt.

Vi var to voksne i huset til Nikolina i syv dager. Huset er lite, men helt nydelig og autentisk. Med vakker utsikt over bukta. Huset ligger ikke like skjermet for innsyn som vi trodde, for det er to hus på hver side samt brygger ganske tett opptil Nikolina sitt hus og brygge, og det er en sti fra nabohusene som går rett ved siden av utedusjen. Men hvis du er ute etter et stille sted, så er dette perfekt. Rent og pent. Og et lite uthus med vaskemaskin. Da vi gikk tom for kaffekapsler til kaffemaskinen, sendte Nikolina kaffe med ferjen.

Nene hat uns spontan noch abends um 22.00 aufgenommen, nachdem wir eine Notunterkunft benötigt haben. Vielen Dank für diese Flexibilität. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern, neuwertig und sauber eingerichtet mit allem nötigen Komfort. Wir haben zu fünft gut Platz gehabt. Der Weg zum Meer ist eine kurze " Wanderung" bergab durch tolle Olivenhaine mit einer wunderbaren Tierwelt.

Josipa’s incredible space is only matched by her warm, wonderful hospitality. We were floored when we saw the views—exactly as stunning as the photos promised—but even more impressed with the intentional style + atmosphere of the impeccable space she has created. We were so glad we got to meet her in person and chat a bit, she is a ray of sunshine and warmth and made us feel so welcomed. The hardest part was leaving—especially after coming home to the apartment to find the sweetest bowl of fresh cherries she’d left for us. A very very special place.

Alen is a true super host. He communicates pro actively and checks in to see if you're ok and if you need any more recommendations. The accommodation is a hidden gem in a century old surrounding. We loved the authentic elements in the house, though not compromising on any modern needs. We loved the top terrace best as it hosts a million dollar view over the surroundings. To top it all off: the pool is a blessing when travelling during a hot Bosnian summer. This was our first visit to Bosnia, and also thanks to Alen and his accommodation, it won't be our last.

Andrija is an amazing host. He helped us find his home and welcomed us with wine, recommended a great local restaurant - even calling them for us, and made sure to show us how various parts of the house worked. The home itself is situated on a beautiful cove. The weather did not cooperate to allow us to swim but our kids had fun playing around the yard and at the water's edge. This neighborhood is quiet and not much going on but an easy drive to towns with shops / restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Diese Unterkunft ist ein Juwel! Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche hier. Perfekte Ausstattung auch mit Kleinkind (Geschirr, Hochstuhl, Bett). Sogar Strandtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos und makellos sauber, das Bett sehr bequem. Die Zufahrtsstrasse ist nicht asphaltiert aber mit normalem Fahrzeug problemlos machbar. Und zu allem hin ist Romano ein sehr sympathischer, zuverlässiger und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, Nachrichten werden immer innert kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiter und kommen gerne wieder.

Baaaardzo polecamy pobyt u Dubravki! Jest niesamowitym hostem, przyjęła nas bardzo ciepło, zadbała o każdy szczegół, a apartament był nieskazitelnie czysty!! Dodatkowo w apartamencie było wiele map i przewodników po Korculi i nie tylko, łącznie z polecanymi trasami rowerowymi i szlakami pieszymi. Wrócimy gdy tylko będziemy mogli, polecamy z całego serca, piękna lokalizacja, dosłownie parę kroków od plaży i starego miasta, a sam apartament w pełni wypasożony i bardzo przestronny!

L appartement de Sandra est magique ne serait-ce que par la vue depuis l appartement sur la baie. Il est très bien décoré et il y a tout ce dont on a besoin. Supérette juste en dessous, restaurants juste à côté. L île est un havre de tranquillité la vie est au ralenti. Nous avons adoré tout simplement

Wonderful accommodation in a stunning location. The accommodation was spotless and had everything you could want for. The pleasant walk to the Old Town took about 10 minutes. The view from the terrace was superb. can't recommend this accommodation enough. It is simply superb. Jill & Ray (UK)

We loved this Airbnb - amazing location, easily walkable with luggage even from the ferry port. Lots of restaurants and beaches and beautiful Old Town just steps away. We also took advantage of the garage for easy parking of our rental car. Thank you Ana for a wonderful stay - we hope to be back to those beautiful porches one day!

This place is even better than the photos! It’s a brilliant location in a lab way behind the main church as has wonderful restaurants and even a swimming spot less than 100m away. The apartment was spotless with the best water pressure and hot water I’ve come across. We would definitely book again.

Superbly located - less than 1 minute from main square of old town. Immaculate and whilst quite compact it had everything we required with quality decor and kitchen equipment. It is on third floor with quite a tight/steep staircase. Host Bruno was very helpful - met us on arrival and carried our case to the top floor - and gave us useful suggestions re restaurants etc. Advise wandering away from the centre as some very nice restaurants just 10 min walk away. We really liked 'Fife' restaurant for seafood and it was reasonably priced. Highly recommend a trip to Krka waterfalls and also Klis castle if considering day trips out of the town.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans le studio de René. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une grande chaleur et beaucoup de gentillesse. René est une personne incroyablement sympathique, disponible sans être envahissant, et visiblement passionné par l’accueil de ses voyageurs. Le studio en lui-même est un petit bijou : décoré avec énormément de goût, il offre tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin pour passer un séjour confortable et agréable. Rien n’a été laissé au hasard, chaque détail est pensé pour le bien-être des visiteurs. Mais ce qui rend cet endroit vraiment exceptionnel, c’est la vue. Depuis la terrasse, on profite d’un panorama à couper le souffle sur la mer, le tout encadré par un splendide bougainvillier en fleurs qui donne au lieu une atmosphère magique. En résumé, tout était parfait : l’accueil, le lieu, l’équipement, le parking, la vue… Une véritable parenthèse enchantée. Merci encore à René pour cette magnifique expérience!

Marcela is a great host and very helpful. Her family own the restaurant which happens to be best rated in the area. Perfect location for swimming in the beach and cycling or hiking around the national park.

Amazing stay at Toni’s place. Very friendly and responsive host and his mother in law was so lovely who showed us in. The place is in the perfect spot right in the old town. The garden area was beautiful and although people were walking the city walls it was amazing that the walls were so close. We even had our morning coffee with the cats and tortoises! Would highly recommend if you are after a place right in the old town with some beautiful outside space.

We were looked after by Dina's cousin Antea, who was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. She looked out for us and made sure we had everything we needed. The accommodation was well equipped and spotlessly clean and comfortable. The view down to the harbour from the living room window and outside seating area was lovely. It was a five minute walk down to the harbour with its selection of restaurants and a supermarket - a few more minutes walking back up because you have a slope to climb, but that should not deter anyone who is averagely fit. We took a water taxi from Lumbarda harbour right to the edge of pedestrianised Korcula Old Town, which cost 15 euros return and ran every 30 minutes. This was nicer than going by road and not too unreasonable considering that parking anywhere near the town costs 5 euros an hour. The Old Town is beautiful and a more relaxing, less touristy and so more atmospheric version of Dubrovnik with lots of nice art studios.

Die Wohnung war top. Wir konnten sogar ein wenig früher einchecken. Wohnung war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Uns wurden viele Dinge in der Wohnung zur Benutzen freigestellt und der Kühlschrank war mit wasser, wein und bier gefüllt. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Kommunikation auf bezüglich des Check-Outs ohne Probleme. Sehr lieber Umgang miteinander. Wohnung ist viele Treppenstufen von der Altstadt/dem neuen Hafen entfernt. Aber wir haben alles zu fuß gemacht und das war völlig okay. Preis-Leistung war definitiv sehr gut. Haben uns keine Sekunde geärgert diese Wohnung gewählt zu haben und freuen uns bald wiederzukommen.

Mirna and Marko’s place made me feel right at home. Located in an amazing location with all the amenities I needed. They even offered some local sweet candy! The beds were comfy and the space was just enough to be comfortable for three people. They left very clear instructions and their neighbors were very kind to offer help, as well. The balcony and local guide books were the cherries on top. :) ! Oh, and they offered early check-in and the ability to leave our luggage at the Airbnb after check out until our flight. I definitely recommend.

Iva and Nike’s place in Dubrovnik is nothing short of sensational! It starts with the excellent communication and thoughtful recommendations and ends with a unit that is pristine, convenient and spacious. We are so grateful for our hosts willingness to accommodate an early checkin request and then meet us to assist with our luggage and shopping needs. The apartment is beyond comfortable, modern with classic touches, and we greatly appreciated the washing machine and soothing air conditioning on the warmer days. We found the apartment to be a great refuge from the bustle of Dubrovnik while great restaurants, activities and swimming opportunities are steps away. This is one of the best accommodations we have experienced while traveling and it is highly recommended.

Dubrovnik is beautiful and so is Luko’s place. The view from the balcony is the highlight. The house is spacious and clean. I especially like the decor it has personal touches, from the wall paintings to the vintage cameras. There is a cafe & supermarket nearby. Although it’s quite a walk to and from the old town but we didn’t mind as we enjoyed our morning and afternoon walks looking at houses & the neighborhood. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Ivo’s apartment in Lumbarda. The location is perfect and the photos struggle to capture the beauty of view you get from the front terrace (there are two terraces!). Nothing separates you from the sea apart from the local road to the centre of town. There are a couple of very small sandy beaches in the town but 15 minutes walk to a beautiful large sandy beach. If you have a car we recommend Pupnatska Luka as our favourite beach - windy small road to get there but its worth it! Ivo and his wife were perfect hosts - lovely to deal with and very helpful. The apartment is bright open and spotless with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would love to come back in the future.

Ich durfte einen Monat in Lila’s und Borko’s Apartment verbringen und habe die Zeit sehr genossen. Beide sind sehr herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber und versorgen den Gast mit allem, was für einen sorgenfreien, entspannten und schönen Aufenthalt notwenig ist. Bei längeren Aufenthalten wird auch zwischendrin die Wohnung makellos gereinigt. Der Blick aus den Dachfenstern ist traumhaft, da sich die Wohnung fast am höchsten bebauten Punkt befindet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach perfekt. Man kann sich jeden Tag aufs Neue entscheiden, ob man lieber durch die kleinen, lebendigen Gassen mit zahlreichen Restaurant runter zur Riva schlendert oder doch in den großen Marjan Park, der direkt oberhalb der Wohnung beginnt. Man ist also genau in der Mitte zwischen Stadt und Natur. Hier finden sich auch viele schöne, kleine Buchten und Strände. Mein Favorit war der Kasjuni Beach. Ich habe mit bei Lila und Borko sehr wohl gefühlt und würde mich freuen, bald wieder zurückzukehren.
