Wonderful secluded farmhouse apartment. Very responsive host that gave us perfectly clear instruction as well as good recommendation for the area. Having a car is a necessity as most things are 20-25 min away. Highly recommended!

The house and the nature around are otherworldly. The house is situated far from any civilization, and we've barely seen any neighbors during our stay, so it's perfect for people tired of the big city. But please note that you need a car in order to move around, since the house is 5 km from the nearest civilization. The house itself has everything you might need in terms of utensils and equipment, but is solar-powered, thus heavy electronics will wear the battery down fast. We were fine with 2 phones and 1 laptop, but it also depends on how sunny it gets during your stay. As to getting there, you also need to plan your trip around the ferry schedule, cause it's the main way to get from the island to the mainland. Zlatko is a great person, helped us get there, and left some treats for us. Totally recommend the experience.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Kozica! Everything about it was perfect — from the peaceful location surrounded by nature to the thoughtful design and comfort of the home itself. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable holiday. Ivan was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always available if we needed anything but also gave us complete privacy. You can tell a lot of care and love went into creating this space — it's even better than the photos! If you're looking for a quiet retreat in the Croatian countryside this is the place to be. We have just returned from a vacation in this beautiful villa and we simply have to share our delight! We were looking for accommodation that offers complete privacy and relaxation, and this villa surpassed all our expectations. Nestled amidst unspoiled nature, the villa offers an incredible sense of peace and tranquility. Starting the day with the chirping of birds and fresh air, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, was a real balm for the soul. The pool was an absolute hit! Spacious, clean and with enough deckchairs for everyone - ideal for morning refreshment or afternoon enjoyment under the sun. We especially liked that the pool was completely private, which allowed us to relax without any interference. The garden is a story in itself. Beautifully decorated, with plenty of greenery and colorful flowers, and a multitude of vegetables, it is a true work of art. Every corner of the garden exudes care and love, providing the perfect ambience for evening gatherings or simply enjoying the silence. The child loved to explore every corner! This villa is not just accommodation, but a unique experience.

I had a great stay at Tom’s villa! It’s in a beautiful setting with incredible views of the Adriatic and the mountains in the distance, with a sparkling pool and vineyards in between - stunning! Shops and restaurants nearby were open during the first few days of my stay but closed down in early October. Plenty of great restaurants in Jelsa though which was still walking distance from the villa (3km). Tom had wine, and other drinks in the fridge and snacks on the table prior to checking which was so appreciated and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking (spices, oils, etc). Don’t hesitate, if you’re looking for a great villa in a perfect setting, book Villa Tomic!

Wow! I really think this could be one of the most breathtaking views we have ever had on holiday, it’s just amazing. The house is beautiful. Plenty of space for a family of four and it is equipped with everything we needed. We didn’t spend much time inside though because the outside area is just so lovely. The heated pool was fantastic for the children and the summer kitchen is just brilliant. We have never stayed in such a perfect place. The local area is beautiful. We went hiking and Petar also recommended a rafting company that we went out with and had a brilliant time. Both trips were great ways to explore. We also went to some beaches that Petar recommended and spent a day around Mostar which was also incredible. A fantastic holiday all round. Thank you

This place is absolutely amazing. We loved every second of staying here. Very secluded, if you decided you didn’t want to see ANYONE for a few days this is the place to go. The walk to the private beach is not easy (so be cautious) but definitely worth it. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed for cooking! The outside grill was awesome, we probably used it every night for dinner. SO BEAUTIFUL.. even better than the pictures!! 100% recommend to anyone who wants to experience Croatia in its raw form.

Mo's place, the stone house, is a quiet paradise in Orebič that's also under a 15 minute walk to the beach. The house is fantastic with a full kitchen and outdoor grille. Mo was very helpful with check-in and check-out and gave a nice recommendation for the Tortuga Bar just next to the marina. I highly recommend!

A huge apartment with plenty of space. Located up a few stairs (like everything in Hvar) but right in town and so close to everything. Ivana was a very responsive host and made our stay easy. Thanks so much!

Fantastic accommodation, would highly recommend to stay here! Iris was flexible with check-in, there were some suggestions with local restaurants which were quite helpful. We loved our stay here.

The host family was incredibly kind and friendly. We had a wonderful time, thanks to them and the lovely apartment. The neighborhood is very quiet and just a 3-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. There’s also a supermarket near the bus stop, which was very convenient. The house has a beautiful garden with a terrace, which my son absolutely loved—he spent a lot of time playing there. The rooms were neat and clean, and the kitchen was very practical and well-equipped. I’d love to come back to this place already.

I have never been so sad to leave an Airbnb!! heavingly location, perfect clear water to dip into daily, hearing waves splashing through the windows, total bliss!! Mateo was so friendly and helpful, lots of helpful advise and info, felt so settled there instantly. beautifully decorated, lots of room for ourselves and two tall teens! lovely restaurant/bar a five min walk away with a pool you can use overlooking the sea, had fab day trip and dropped back by boat to the pier at the house! could write another review on the cat and the tortoises who we all loved too!! we'll be back!! thanks so much Mateo!

This apartment was truly something special, the view was absolutely breathtaking, honestly the best I’ve seen in my life so far! It felt like we were completely immersed in nature, as if the indoors and outdoors blended together. So peaceful and calming with the gentle sound of the waves. There were many beautiful swimming spots just a short walk away, and we found a ton of amazing restaurants nearby too. The hosts were so kind and accommodating, they let us check in early and check out late, which made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommend!

location location location. a 15 min walk and ur in old town and a 10 min walk ur at the Pokonji dollar Beach. modern design and furnishings. very comfortable and welcoming. the host was wonderful. Definitely recommend.

I forwarn you not to come to this place. Because in the end, you'll never want to leave. It is absolutely hard for me to check out as I cannot get my eyes off of this gorgeous view. When you can see the whole old town with the turquoise sea from your room, will you be able to move on with your life? Besides, I love when I walk closer to the old town in the morning and even more in the evening when the sun is setting and the golden light leaks through the trees on the way back to my room. There is nowhere on earth second to this place. I am so blessed that it was still available for the period of my visit in Dubrovnik. Bonus, the host is the best of air bnb host I've ever met!

Biljana is a great host, highly recommended! We felt welcome even before we arrived. Check-in was very convenient, all instructions were clearly provided. A big bonus was that we could park our car safely in the garage. The apartment had everything we needed to feel comfortable, including a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer, and plenty of clean towels. The grocery store was within walking distance, and the old town was not far away either. We are very happy with our choice and would definitely recommend it to others! Nenad is an amazing host that is responsive and helpful. He showed us a short path to town and provided great suggestions during our stay! We wish we could have stayed longer as the house and pool proved to be an oasis with great privacy for a few days!

Ivo was really friendly, responsive and approachable. He provided a welcome platter on arrival which was a lovely surprise. Arrived early and Ivo kindly dropped us off at a local restaurant and picked us up after, really kind, hospitable host. The villa itself was just the same as the pictures, location was very quiet and peaceful, local bakery walking distance and the Verandah restaurant highly recommended. Small supermarket also walking distance away to pick up essentials. Villa only 20 to 25 minutes from old town Dubrovik. Mihaela also arranged day trip tours and airport transfers which all worked out perfectly. Highly recommended

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Voho was amazing. We had two couples staying halfway through our European vacation. This was the perfect spot. We were a mile walk (about 20 minutes) from Old Town Dubrovnik, so we were close but away from the noise. The view was spectacular. We spent evenings and mornings on the patio simply relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The apartment was spacious and clean, perfect for four people although we didn’t use the living room at all because we spent so much time outside on the patio. We were all able to do laundry mid-trip, which was nice. We were able to pick up breakfast basics up the street and make nice meals outside of a restaurant with the kitchen amenities and walk into Old Town for amazing dinners and sight seeing. Voho could not have been a better host. We feel like we found a friend with him and the drivers he arranged for us. The only negative was that we did not have more time so we will definitely return!

We were a group of 9 people. The location is fantastic. Very quiet and you can go directly from the villa to the sea. The house was very clean and looked as pictured. The kitchen in the house and also the outdoor kitchen were well equipped and had everything you need. We thought the grill and the pizza oven were great. The house is a bit out of the way. There are no restaurants nearby. However, there are plenty of shopping opportunities and they are easily accessible by car. The house is perfect for relaxing vacations.

Staying at Katarina's Airbnb was an unforgettable experience! She is an amazing, sweet, and welcoming host who truly goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. The area is incredibly private and quiet making it the perfect retreat for anyone seeking peace and relaxation. A few things to note, be prepared to drive, as you'll need a car to navigate the narrow streets uphill leading to the property. At first, the drive can seem daunting, but soon it becomes part of the adventure. The house is powered by solar panels, so there is no air conditioning, which we knew ahead of time. Although it occasionally got quite hot, we really appreciated the eco-friendly approach and adapted to it. Overall, it was a magical stay, and we are already looking forward to our next visit ❤️🌊🫒✨

We are delighted with the accommodation! Fully equipped accommodation to the smallest detail, even a tablet for the dishwasher. We were greeted with a gift from the house (drinks, fruit,…). The host offered to wait for us at the agreed place to make it easier for us to find the house. We had the opportunity to check in early. Everything was clean and the host briefed us and gave us tips on local attractions. We'll be back!

Everything was really above expectations! So nice hosts and a wonderful place to spend the holiday. The house was nice and cozy, perfect pool area and outdoor kitchen with seating for the whole family. We'd love to come again!

You have your peace and can really have a great vacation 🏖️
