This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). The guests who are coming only for a night need to rent a car. Coming without a car for one day doesn't make any sense! Our little house is an old traditional house isolated but only 150 m away from the center of the place. There are no next door neighbors you can use the space around for chilling out,having your meal...If you're nature lover and like walking and climbing the hills this is the best place for you. There are sunbeds on the terrace so you can also sunbath. There's no public transport on the island, so if you want to see the whole island please rent a car or scooter which you can do at the harbor!
