Welcome to enjoy and relax in our beloved villa near the Ylläsjärvi ski resort! The detached villa on its own plot comfortably sleeps 10 guests in 4 bedrooms, with a cozy living room with panoramic forest view, spacious glass veranda, 2 bathrooms, and sauna. There is also a remote workstation and a carport. The location is great: 200 m to trails, 350 m to ski bus, 800 m to ski lift & ski-in during spring. Feel at home and make the most of Ylläs’ outdoor activities and peaceful nature.

Traditional Lapland Cabin

hand built round log traditional lapland cabin by the lake with magical forests, animals, and activities. half way between rovaniemi and levi. beautifully simple and with everything you need, one of us must meet you on the other side of the lake when you arrive and take you to cabin on snow mobile or by boat (depending on time of year). we have a hand built separate sauna and a wood fired hot tub on site, (hot tub charges apply) plus lake side fire pit and of course log fire in cabin.

Lapin liekki - Täällä voit tehdä ruokaa tulilla ja saunoa puusaunassa. Saunamökki rauhallisella paikalla, noin 25 kilometriä Rovaniemeltä. Sijaitsee toisen mökin pihapiirissä. Saunamökin kuistilta näkymä metsään päin. Vesijohtoa ei ole, vesiastiat ovat täytettynä tullessasi. Tilava sauna. Grillikota käytössäsi (noin 50 metriä mökistä). Kuivakäymälä, johon kulku katoksen kautta. Jääkaappi, vedenkeitin, kahvinkeitin ja mikro. Ei keittolevyä. Liinavaatteet/pyyhkeet sisältyy hintaan.

Villa Outa, WALD Villas Aavasaksa

Luonnon rauha, takkatulen loimu, lämmin kylpy, lempeät löylyt – täydellinen kokonaisuus rentoutumiseen ystävien tai perheen kanssa. Kaunis metsäinen maisema avautuu kaikista mökin huoneista. Hirsimökkiin astuessasi näkymä avautuu suoraan tupaan, jossa on täysin varusteltu keittiö ja ruokailuryhmä kuudelle hengelle. Valoisassa oleskelutilassa on suuret ikkunat läpi tuvan, ja sohvalta voit ihastella mökin ikkunoista avautuvaa metsäistä maisemaa. Lämpimästi tervetuloa Villa Outaan!

Our cottage is conveniently located along well-maintained roads, making it easily accessible. Situated near the river, the Swedish border is just across the water, allowing for a seamless journey into Sweden, perhaps via the ice road. The absence of unnecessary lights around provides the perfect setting for observing the Northern Lights. Villa Äkäsjoensuu

Tunnelmallinen hirsimökki Äkäsjoen rannassa. Mökin ikkunoista pääset seuraamaan virtaavaa jokea, jonne on matkaa alle 20 metriä. Voit käydä saunan jälkeen uimassa ilman, että on huolta naapureista. Tämä mökki majoittaa 7 henkeä parhaimmillaan, mutta toimii parhaiten alle kuuden hengen kera. Alakerrasta löytyy eteinen, tupakeittiö upealla takalla, sauna, pesuhuone, wc sekä makuuhuone. Yläkerrasta löytyy kaksi makuuhuonetta, joista kummastakin avautuu näkymä luontoon.

Mökki Tornionjoen rannalla

Kauniilla Tornionjoen rannalla sijaitsevalla leirintäalueella vuokrattavana talviasuttava 70m2 mökki. Kesäisin majoitustiloja käytetään respa-ja huoltorakennuksena. Täällä on paljon mahdollisuuksia ulkoiluun: hiihtoladut ja viralliset kelkkareitit lähimetsässä, Aavasaksan ja Ritavalkea laskettelukeskukset n. 25km. Pörröporon matkamuistomyymälä/kahvila n. 500m, lähin kauppa Pellossa n. 23 km. Rentoudu koko perheen kanssa tässä rauhallisessa majapaikassa!
