Está full equipado (directv go, aire acondicionado, wifi, closet en cada habitación, microondas, juguera, tostador eléctrico, secador de pelo, set de ollas, y loza para 6 personas, entre otros). Además cuenta con amplio estacionamiento. Se entregan sábanas y toallas de mano limpias al momento del ingreso de los huéspedes. No está permitido hacer ruido entre las 23:00 y 7:00 horas.
