Holiday rentals with beach access in Peloponnese Region

Nico was an amazing and very considerate host. He provided us with all the necessary information at the check-in and left some fruit and Greek baked goods in the apartment which was lovely. He was always easy to contact and regularly asked if we needed anything. The flat is small, but with a huge terrace that offers the promised 360 view over Kalamata, which is especially great at night. It's about a 15 minute walk to the old town and the harbour. We didn't mind that the kitchen is only equipped with the essentials as we really enjoyed eating in the restaurants within walking distance. There are also bakeries and cafés for breakfast all around the flat. All in all, the flat is perfect for 2 people who want to spend a long weekend or a short trip in Kalamata.

we stayed here for 4 nights and our favorite part was sitting out on the balcony and taking in the views. A cute little walkway is just below, going along the water to a nice pier. You definitely need a car since it's out of any tourist area, but the drive there is really nice, about 2 hrs from Athens and only 20 min from Nafplio. Lots to discover all around. Christos is a great host, very responsive and had alot of great recommendations. One thing I would note; road noise can be loud since you're so close to a road (earplugs did the trick though).

We booked this apartment primarily for its large terrace and views. It absolutely lived up to our expectations! The inside is very spacious, spotlessly clean and nicely equipped. The host Patricia is a very fine host. We walked to the beach in about 15 minutes in the mornings for a swim and in the afternoons, we relaxed on the terrace. A great stay!

If you are wanting a stylish, modern apartment on the edge of the old town, this is a must. Quiet, comfortable and cosy. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. Would defo book again. Thanks Virginia.

From start to finish, our stay was absolutely brilliant. Marika was lovely and helpful for us throughout- altered the check in time due to our early arrival from the ferry. She left us bathing towels and Mats for us to use at the beach- we didn’t expect, but came in very handy. The flat was stunning- beautiful views from the window and front patio, literally a stone throw to the beach- incredible. The place was peaceful and In walking distance to the more lively areas around Skala. We loved our time here and would definitely recommend. Thanks for having us.

This is the most beautiful place to stay. The apartment is perfect and has everything you need. It’s spotless and so well equipped. The view is outstanding ! The views from the balcony were fantastic, beds were comfortable, short drive to great restaurants, convenient having a washing machine in the unit and a drying rack, it is located right above a fantastic bakery.

The apartment is well located and nicely furnished including amenities like a coffee machine, washing machine and fast wifi. We felt very much at home here and the hosts were approachable and had great recommendations. We stayed here during the off-season (in May) and the beach directly opposite of the street was full of driftwood and the beach bar closed. So we ended up going to Voidokilias beach most of the time which is roughly 15-20 minutes away and just incredible.

We had an absolutely amazing time, the place was more beautiful than the pics with a gorgeous garden, sea and mountains view, everything needed in the house to cook, a big smart tv in the bedroom. Our dogs loved the place and didn’t want to leave when we had to go home. there’s so much privacy and quiet, we can’t wait to go back! Kostas home was lovely. It was pristine and beautifully decorated. It was in a suburban area, away from the crowds, with a wide pedestrian area out the front. There was a cafe and supermarket in easy walking distance. It was a short drive to several amazing beaches, we traveled in early June, it was warm enough to swim but the beaches were lovely and quiet. Kostas and Elena were very friendly, responsive and attentive hosts.

We stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The place looked exactly like the photos, and the view from the balcony was magical every morning upon awakening. We also appreciated that the host left fresh orange juice, recipes for greek dishes, water, fresh fruits, and sweet bread for us. These were all much needed after our long drives from all over in the Peloponnese peninsula. There was also plenty of parking spaces near King Minos hotel, and it was very close to the Tolo beach as well as Nafplio. Clean apartment in a perfect location and with all the amenities you need.

We enjoyed so much this beautiful house. For a family of four it was very comfortable for us. Space, comfort, great view, nice beds, warm water and wifi, it was al there. We stayed a week and the location was perfect for day trips all around Mani. Vivi and Dikeos were very kind. A great way to fall in love with Greece!

This location was great in every way and we find it the very best location we have experienced so far during three Greek holidays. Location, space, amenities in the house, communication etc. were great. In addition, Sofia, her husband and daughter Argiro excelled in their attention to us in a good balance with respect for our privacy.

We were an elderly couple in May for 10 days as guests in Fotine's charming cottage. We can only confirm the many previous positive reviews. The warmth and friendliness of our hosts was impressive, who spoiled us with their own rural products such as eggs, cakes and goat cheese. The idyllic location amidst olive trees is beautiful, yet restaurants and the beach are easily accessible on foot or by car. We will be happy to come back!

This gem is located in the heart of an absolutely delightful village in the southern Peloponnese. With sea views and plenty of top tier local amenities and restaurants it's a fabulous location for a few days of local touring. It's easy to find and a pleasure to use and the host is one of the best. I absolutely give this a 100% recommendation!

We were delighted! Everything was exactly as described, very close to the center on foot, with many shops/cafes/supermarkets/restaurants around. Very easy access and very welcoming space. I am glad we chose Kostas place! Kostas was very responsive, answered all my questions before and during my stay. I didn't have to wait long for a reply! His checking in was smooth and informative! The balcony is amazing, so relaxling with amazing views! as a family of 3 it was the perfect Hub for us to go off an explore and come back and relax on the roof terrace untill bedtime! Place was clean and fresh if you thinking about booking do it!!

We spent 6 most enjoyable nights in Nancy’s apartment in Nafplio. And it was a true spacious well-equipped apartment, not a studio. Parking was easy and the Wi-Fi super. Nancy was an impeccable host providing excellent information on a range of topics. The only small downside is its location, next to a school and despite double glazing you do get some noise. Houses across the road are rebuilding so a little noise from these currently as well. It’s also solid 20 minute walk to the old town/waterfront.

Highlight: comfort, clean, quiet, well-located accommodation. Thanks to our host for these little touches on breakfast products, it's very appreciated!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay just outside Porto Heli. Ornella met us on the first day and showed us the way in from the village, or else we’d possibly never have found it! She was incredibly welcoming and the apartment was as expected and described- what a stunningly peaceful location with all the amenities one needs and beautifully kept gardens. Within three minutes’ walk, you’re on a quiet, clean, gorgeous beach! This was one of the things that attracted us here, and it was even better than we had imagined! The incredible views from the terrace and the peaceful location were just what we were looking for. The apartment was perfect for us - comfortable bed, great shower, good kitchen. And the additional outside shower was brilliant! Elena was a wonderful host. So friendly, kind, and attentive. She and her parents made us feel so welcome! It was hard to leave!
