Beachfront holiday rentals in Pender County

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach home! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach, and the host was incredibly kind and responsive. We felt right at home and would definitely love to return. Highly recommend!

Nice place! The location was by far the best thing about this Airbnb. You’re right across the street from beach access. Otherwise, place was simple and comfy. Fine for a beach area.

We had a fantastic stay at Michelle’s place. The house and amenities exceeded our expectations. Having rented quite a few places in the Topsail/Surf City area, my wife and I agreed that this was a top favorite. Will certainly look here for future stays.

We had the best beach vacation at Kristin’s place. The house was just as described and very well stocked with just about everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen was one of best for folks like us who cook most meals - plenty of pots and pans, utensils, and lots of dishes. Beds were all super comfy. And the use of the beach towels, chairs, sun shades and toys were WONDERFUL saving us precious packing space in the car. Kristin was very helpful with all my questions. 10 out of 10! Next time we are headed to the beach, this is the first place I will try to book. Thank you!

Everything was wonderful. Clean and comfortable. Right on the beach was beautiful. Krisha was totally awesome and we would love to stay at Twin Landings again.

Everything was perfect with our stay! We loved that the house was in a quiet area and the beach is just steps away. There was an absolutely beautiful view of the beach from the living room & kitchen and comfy chairs to sit out and watch the waves. We love traveling to topsail and this is by far our favorite place to stay so far! We look forward to coming back in the future!

The condo was the perfect vacation spot for a couple and our 3 kids. Love the upstairs space & decor. Pool and beach were walking distance. The beach was clean. The area was not overly crowded. Private entrance, safe. Would recommend for a family! Chris was also very responsive & helpful. Thanks for a great family vacation!

Beautiful house with breathtaking views! Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need and more. Hosts were very informative and responsive. We rent in Queens Grant a lot due to the easy access with the boat and this may be our new favorite house there!

The place was beautiful with direct ocean views .. loved that on split beach house on quieter part of beach without ton of traffic listening to the waves crash onshore and enjoyed the soft gentle breeze every evening from balconies pretty ved amazing . The decor was on point. Beds were very comfortable. The host and communication was the best. I had a couple of quick questions and Andrew answered promptly as well as being super friendly before arrival, upon arrival and checkout. Appreciated the care hosts took to ensure us as guests felt right at home. The elevator 🛗 was very handy for my elderly parents traveling with this vacation. We loved grilling out and enjoying cornhole on Mother’s Day. The pool was closed and opens Memorial through Labor - which was ok for us.Overall great experience and exactly what needed as relax, reset, recenter and rejuvenate.

My family and I were roughly 45 minutes away when we got a call that our Airbnb we originally booked had caught fire and we had no where to go. Alan was very responsive and quick to get us into his place even an hour before the initial check in time! We had a great time at this home. Played board games, used sand toys, ping pong! In a very private area where the beach wasn’t crowded. Perfect weekend! Thank you for hosting us!

The condo was perfectly clean when we arrived. Jim and Nora are extremely responsive and provided everything we could possibly need and more. The Condo and location are beautiful and quiet. We’d love to visit again someday. Thanks again!

Loved our stay at Ashley’s place! It was perfect for our family and we loved the close proximity to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and the beach wasn’t overcrowded. Lots of amenities to make our stay comfortable - outdoor shower, extra beach towels, sand toys, beach tent, beach chairs, and a well-stocked kitchen. We made beautiful memories here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

AMAZING! Hands down, this was the best beach rental experience we've ever had and we've had some great rentals over the years. It was INCREDIBLY CLEAN. (We rented in early summer.) The house had everything we thought we needed and other ammenities we didn't even know we would want until we were there. The house was very well maintained. Pantry/cabinet areas were labeled and perfectly organized. The beds were pristine and comfortable. The location was perfect; it was just under a mile to the pier with many restaurants and shops in-between which was easily walkable (beach or road) with kids. We walked to shops and restaurants nearly every day. Obviously the proximity to the beach is great but it was a nice surprise that the houses in that area are spaced in such a way that the beach was not crowded even when neighboring blocks were. Our host was proactive, responsive, warm, and accommodating. Check-in/out were hassle-free. Thank you!!

Perfect Surf City/Topsail home. The house was well stocked and felt like home. Great water pressure and ample hot water in both bathrooms. Nice outdoor living space as well. Only one block from beach! Walkable to several shops/restaurants and only 5 min drive down to the round-about (busy) area of Surf City. Quiet location, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

My group of 8 felt right at home at Alyssa’s property, plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We felt right at home. The pictures don’t do it justice, it’s STUNNING! Everything was so well thought out in the kitchen , and the golf cart was such a fun way to get around town. Alyssa was very responsive with anything we could need. This was my second time staying in Topsail and can’t wait to go back :)

Amazing hospitality and Rob and Mary are extremely responsive with any questions. We had a great visit and look forward to returning to Topsail and to their home again soon!

Janine was an accommodating and communicative host! The space was clean and had awesome air conditioning (such a plus at the beach!). Awesome location just a few miles North of the Surf City bridge, and on a beautiful stretch of beach. Amazing deck! Would highly recommend.

We had a great time, Under house parking was a bonus and the beach had its own private access. The house was clean and neat, however the linens and towels were delivered and we had to make all the beds. Kitchen was well stocked . The sunrises off the deck were great. We'll definitely be back.

Our family had a wonderful time. Being right on the ocean was perfect- our young grandchildren were able to play & enjoy time on the beach then easily go in for snacks or naps without having to pack everything up each time. Beautiful & peaceful setting.
