Lindsay's home had the 3 C's, cozy, comfortable and clean. Had all the extras you would need for a long term stay, and one thing that I've never been able to do at other Air BnB's was to be able to park in the garage. Lindsay was responsive and instructions for check in/check out were very clear. Definitely would stay again next time we are in Wilmington.

This place is wonderful. We enjoyed the beautiful home and neighborhood. The house is bright and well air conditioned. We had enough space for the family. We would stay again.

Very nice house with a great fenced yard. Fence looks brand new. Our dog really enjoyed the yard and enclosed back porch. Well stocked kitchen. Very responsive and friendly owners. A very peaceful neighborhood. The fire pit is very nice and would be perfect for fall weather. Convenient location.

This is the perfect place to go with a group of friends or family. It comfortably fit 5 and had everything we were looking for. The house was very clean and had lots of amenities. The beach access is right by the house which made carrying items to and from the beach very convenient. It’s also a short 2 mile drive away restaurants and other places surf city offers. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend booking here!

I had a wonderful stay at Nick’s place! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The fact that was within walking distance to the beach made the stay even better. Nick was kind and responsive. Check-in was smooth, and everything was clearly communicated. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This was the Best Airbnb we have ever rented, and we have rented from Airbnb well over 30 times. The property was immaculate, the house was newly renovated and was absolutely beautiful. Everything was extremely clean and well organized, they had everything you needed to have a relaxing weekend on a huge piece of property. The lake was well stocked with fish, we caught and released well over a 200 fish in 4 days; catching a huge variety of fish from Bass, crappie, blue Gil, Shad, etc. The dock house and dock were new and made fishing the pond very comfortable with the benches. We had an absolute blast, thank you Robert for having us. We will be back.

This was one of my all time favorite Air BNBs! It’s is adorably furnished and ridiculously comfortable. It did feel like visiting my grandmother’s house. ❤️Ashley was very friendly and responsive. We had no issues whatsoever. We would have stayed longer as we are waiting on the closing of a home purchase, but sadly, it was booked for the extended time period we needed. Highly recommend.

This place fit our family's needs and was such a blessing. The beds were so comfortable, kitchen was the best stocked we have been in and it was bright and comfortable.

Just got home from our stay at Liquid State and WOW - we have found our favorite beach house in Surf City!! - The home is beautiful, comfortable and equipped with everything you need…and more. - The backyard is an oasis with amazing pool, hot tub and grass for your pup. - The location is perfect - on a quiet street, but only a few minutes walk to the beach, sound and a few min drive to a ton of great restaurants/shops. - Bridget was an incredible host and clearly has a passion for hospitality! If you are considering this home, stop hesitating and book it!!!

We enjoyed our first visit to Topsail/Surf City!! Our group found the accommodations perfect for two families + grandparents. The house is nicely located on a quiet area of the beach. The easy beach access was fantastic!! The home has been well cared for and the beds were all comfortable. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Not much to do within walking distance but Surf City is a short drive and has everything you need.

We loved our stay at The Salty Pineapple! The location was perfect! We enjoyed several meals out on the patio. Everything was exactly as Kim described. We can’t wait to visit again!

One of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed at. The close proximity to the beach and having a pool at the house was very ideal for our large group. The communication with Mike and Makeba was top notch!

My family and I had a wonderful time in Wilmington, and the house was Fantastic! Very clean, full of great amenities, and the pool was amazing! Ashley did a great job communicating, which made our trip even better! Would definitely recommend and stay here again! We loved it!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this location! The neighborhood was quiet and walkable. The point and location on the island felt very private and family-friendly. Beach and sound access points were super close. Having access to the calmer sound side or more active beach side gave us amazing options for activities. Being across the street from the pool gave us views on busyness (when to go or not go - though even "busy" was not overly crowded). The views were beautiful, the house super clean, the beds were so comfortable, and the ability to use beach gear, wagon, and towels was a blessing! Truly this felt like a home away from home and we are so grateful. Krisha was proactive in getting all information to us in advance and her responsiveness while there was superb. She even had a welcome card and bottle of wine awaiting us! This was our first experience with renting a beach home...but because of how wonderful this experience was, won't be our last. Thank you, Krisha!

We had the best beach vacation at Kristin’s place. The house was just as described and very well stocked with just about everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen was one of best for folks like us who cook most meals - plenty of pots and pans, utensils, and lots of dishes. Beds were all super comfy. And the use of the beach towels, chairs, sun shades and toys were WONDERFUL saving us precious packing space in the car. Kristin was very helpful with all my questions. 10 out of 10! Next time we are headed to the beach, this is the first place I will try to book. Thank you!

We had a wonderful weekend stay with family at this beautiful home. We loved spending time at the beach and then coming home relaxing by the pool. Having pool towels provided was a great bonus! Alex and Lexi were very responsive and reassuring when we reached out about a few cleaning issues we noticed. Overall, it was a great experience — highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing weekend getaway with a pool!

I looked at many different Airbnbs to figure out what matched. There were a few that could have worked but ultimately chose Wendy’s. My own house about 15 minutes away was getting a new built bathroom and couldn’t my Cat Herman and I stay and live in The process. My construction started on a Monday so I was able to move into Wendy’s house the Sunday before. I was able to drive over the first day when they started for the next 10 days. The house had a plethora of towels, sheets, rooms with their own separate TVs. There was a note that I could use anything in the house if needed. The freezer already had some food loaded up. The covered sunroom was the thing that pushed it over that this will happen and go smoothly. Herman loves to have animals, birds to watch and it was air conditioned. Also each AM &PM there was 2 wild turkeys just hanging out. This is the house for 1 person or a family. If looking for a beach stay or a project this in a house to definitely serve you well

My husband & I had such a lovely stay here for the weekend! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and the perfect fit for us. We especially appreciated how pet-friendly it was—our dog felt right at home! The location was great, with easy access to the beach and local restaurants, just a short drive away (about 15–20 minutes). Megan, the host, was wonderful—she checked in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly, which we really appreciated. Everything was exactly as described, and the check-in process was simple and stress-free. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-located escape!

Location was great. Close to downtown and shopping options, but tucked away from the hustle and bustle! The on-site host was super friendly and helpful.

The combination of cozy and spacious is often hard to find. Its like the perfect place to relax and unwind. I'm so glad to have enjoyed the stay and found such a comfortable setting.

If youre traveling with pets (which we do often but didn't this time), this place is perfect. They have all kinds of extras for them inside. Bowls, beds, leashes. And there is plenty of space outside for them too! We used to live in the area (military) and moved back to TX, but we were here for my son's HS graduation. It was raining almost the entire week, so the gravel road to get to the house plus the entrance was a little flooded. Still manageable though in a small vehicle. Easy access to 17. Place is just as described! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect with great access to the beach—just a short walk and you're there. The host was incredibly responsive, always quick to answer any questions or help with anything we needed. What we appreciated most was that there were no surprises—the place was exactly as described and pictured. It was a great experience for our family of six. We'd definitely stay here again!
