Holiday rentals with beach access in Penguin

The stay at Alice's place was ideal for us arriving on the Spirit into Devonport and located a few minutes from the ferry terminal and was great to begin settling in for the evening. The location was ideal with the seaside opposite and some great parklands and walking trails and also only 10 minutes into Devonport and all the amenities there. Alice was able to provide some insight into local attractions in the area to enjoy. Overall a great place, ideally located and handy to most facilities.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrea’s. The apartment is beautiful and peaceful with amazing views. Boat Harbour Beach is amazing. Andrea was very generous and a brilliant host. Wish we were staying longer!

We really enjoyed our stay at Penny’s. Penny was so thoughtful and turned the heater on in preparation for our arrival- it’s those small things that really add to your stay. Place was immaculately clean and beautifully presented. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend 😃

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house in Boat Harbour. You can’t get much more beach front than a few steps down to the beach! Great spot to stay, cafe only a short walk away. We will be back when the weather warms up!

We had the most relaxing time at this little coastal gem. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the stunning white sands and crystal-clear waters of Boat Harbour Beach. One of the few places you can watch the sun rise and set. We were lucky that due to lack of moon, we got some Aurora action. One of the most comfortable beds we've slept on, coupled with the sound of the sea was so relaxing. Really comfy lounge chairs allowed us to have the same view as sitting on the deck if it got to hot, cold, windy etc. Great to enjoy the lovely wine we bought on our trip. Sonya was super responsive and friendly. Any minor hiccups were sorted straight away. This place is well positioned explore the surrounding areas too. We went to Marrawah and a few other spots for a few hours each morning, so we could spend the afternoons chilling out. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic retreat. We’ll definitely be back!

Highly recommended! We absolutely LOVE Wendy’s place The Grove. Our second time staying, this time for 8 nights. Perfect from the moment we walked in! Warm, stylish, comfortable, with that luxury hotel feel and smell. So fresh, clean and welcoming, with treats to eat and everything we needed for a longer stay. Very comfortable beds, quiet for sleeping and lots of wardrobe space. Great dishwasher, washing machine and private clothes line outside. Wendy you are the perfect host, friendly and thoughtful with excellent communication. Thank you for having us.

Great place to stay in a very nice area of Devonport. The house is quiet as it is set back from the street, and is very well laid out. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

An absolutely wonderful stay! This house truly exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, offering a direct and breathtaking view of The Nut right from the property—waking up to that scenery was magical. The hosts went above and beyond with their hospitality, even leaving a bottle of wine as a welcoming touch, which we greatly appreciated. Inside, the space is cozy and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting the area!

This was our second stay at Estelle's property at Penguin. The property was as immaculate as for our first stay so obviously characteristic of a very high standard and pride in how Estelle presents the property. This is an amazing home, perfect for a couple of families, or couples or a big family like ours. There’s so many living area options both indoors and out. Little shelves with books wherever you find a comfy spot to sit. Everything you could possibly need.

Thank you Kelly, we thoroughly enjoyed our comfortable stay, loved being able to easily stroll around Low Head, and the sunset views were stunning. Look forward to returning one day.

Lovely Airbnb. Beautiful location right next to beach. Fantastic wood heater, we were lovely and cosy. Also really appreciated all the little extras that were provided. Would highly recommend
