Family-friendly holiday rentals in Penha

It was a great stay, a block from the beach. We did everything on foot. And the condominium is complete: swimming pool, fitness center, mini market. Jaison was attentive, he made our check-out flexible. Too bad the view from the bathtub is very different from the photos, unfortunately there is no more green area there, but a huge construction site. They're building buildings. But other than that, it was great. I'd come back more often.

The stay with the host was perfect!! Far above our expectations, the house is wonderful, exactly as shown in the photos, the beach is beautiful and very clean. The host, in turn, is a very kind and cordial person, from our arrival to our departure, he attended to us with great affection and was always very helpful. We know what real service is like when something unexpected comes up, and the small problem we had during our stay (a failure in a phase that caused the water pressure to shut off) was promptly resolved and taken care of. I highly recommend that you stay in this wonderful house!! We will definitely be back!

The apartment perfectly matches the ad. Wonderful view, excellent location with market and pharmacy nearby. Super well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and super spacious bathrooms. Julian and Dida super attentive. There is only an alert for those who rent and go with a very large car, pickup trucks can have a certain difficulty with the parking space of the apartment, since the access is by curved ramps. We loved hosting and would be back for sure.

Super cozy and complete home! It has an incredible convenience, it has everything inside the house, needing only to enter with the clothes and food! It was super relaxing to stay in this house, not to mention the proactivity and service of Cida, which was excellent. We'll be back for sure!!!

The impeccable house! same as the ad. Mr. Leonor was super attentive and received us even with a barbecue ( knowing that we are gauchos) for sure we will come back more often. All very well organized and not to mention the place, unparalleled. If you are looking for a real holiday and rest, this is definitely the right place.

The sobradinho is very clean and very tidy. Full of facilities such as TV, internet and kitchen utensils. We had a great hospitality with great care and attention.

Quiet place, quiet and with rules for rest . Literally it was a very good place to stay, and enjoy the whole region, including the Beto trail that is very close by.

Although check-in and communication is with a outsourced person, it is excellent in every way, attentive, kind and predisposed. You walk approx 100mts to the beach, condominium of many apartments very tidy, clean and with first class facilities. Supermarket behind the condominium with direct communication to it. Security 10/10. One point against: the double bed is small for a person with a large structure like me, which did not interfere with our week being excellent. It is certainly the best place to stay if you visit Penha.

Great location, apartment according to photos The only problem we had was with the shower in the suite, which burst. We waited for the person to fix it, but he didn't show up. There were 7 of us and only 1 shower working, which made us very upset. On the last day, everything was clarified by the hosts. Otherwise, everything was wonderful, the apartment was super fragrant, clean. Bed and bath linens were also well cleaned. I'm sure I'll stay in this apartment when I return.

The stay in Rogério's Cabin was fantastic. The space is wide and very well located on the waterfront. We'll definitely be back.

The apartment is great, well equipped with great cooking utensils and good quality! Good ventilation, great barbecue balcony! Fresh and smelling bedding and towels. Very good location near the beach and market! Condo with great structure! We went in 9 people and accommodated very comfortably! And we've had good communication since we rented!
