This beautiful house is located in the most select and exclusive place of Penha, Praia Grande, only 150 meters away from the sea. The beach has a good strip of coarse golden sand, preserved vegetation, the sea is slightly agitated, but it also has coves of warm and calm waters, good and suitable for bathing and relaxing all year round.
