I had a wonderful stay at The Rustic Vilaa in Goa! The villa perfectly blends comfort with a charming, earthy aesthetic that feels both cozy and luxurious. The location is peaceful yet close enough to explore popular beaches and local hotspots. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The private pool and outdoor space were highlights—perfect for relaxing with friends. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. Great place to stay if you're around north goa. Place is squeaky clean and has a home like feeling. It was decided out with all furniture for a complete stay. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent experience at Aguada Anchorage goa. Villa looks exactly the same as that of given in the pictures. host and staff especially Ms Sheetal were very cooperative and responsive. property has 2 swimming pools and are well maintained. the property is located in a central place of candolim which has easy access to restaurants and activities. despite being at central location, the property is very quiet peaceful and private. villa is very well maintained with great interiors, spotlessly clean rooms and kitchen, well maintained outdoor area and availability of all important appliances. I would strongly recommend this place for everyone planning a private homestay vacation in Goa.

The hosts were super responsive and helpful. They helped us cater all our needs not just related to our but also helped us book our transport. My family had a great time staying at the villa. The big living room and kitchen gives good family time and the separate rooms help maintain privacy. All rooms are spacious with amazing views. Bathrooms are also clean and well maintained. Car parking space is also available. The host Faruk and the caretaker Nekman, both very easily reachable and very helpful throughout the stay. We didn’t find anything amiss. We could easily order from Swiggy and the colony was also very posh.

I stayed with my family at Manjul’s place for 2 nights. The location was great, near the beach ( 5min drive). The house was neat clean, caretaker was always there, and had all the required amenities. Also the pool was great. Thanks for hosting us, Manjul.

The property is superb. It is so warm and welcoming you wouldn’t mind spending the whole trip in the property itself. The kitchen is well set, furnitures, carpets, beds, mattresses everything great!! The theme of the property is black/grey with minimal lighting that too yellow colored. Looks aesthetic 😀 Would be better if white lights be made available so that there would be enough brightness when required and the AC in the master bedroom is not sufficient enough to cool the room! But it’s manageable with the wall mounted fans. When i visited the property, there was Electricity cutout by the govt. Thus no appliances would function after the backup was run out of power. So incase of such issues, the power backup is limited for 4-5 hours. Overall the property is 10/10 😊

It was a great place and great stay for us during our recent trip. Penthouse looked as in the listing and was clean. All rooms were very spacious and had thoughtful interiors. Location is very near to the beach and also near to very wide roads. Parking was available. All facilities inside the flat was very good. There was a big pool but we did not use it. Check-in & check-out were smooth. Kyle was very responsive and friendly. He had given some suggestions for food and shopping. Overall, me/ family enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Great stay. amenities are great. specially for family with child. kitchen set-up is nice. Host Ayushi is very helpful. even for small thing like Wi-Fi, she specially arranged person to check and corrected. Overall will like to stay there again.

Honestly, we were so taken by the vibe that we didn’t feel like stepping out to explore much—just being indoors felt like a vacation in itself. Just know that this place is not close to any of the beaches or touristy spots—so plan accordingly. But if you’re looking to slow down and soak in a peaceful, beautiful space, this one’s a gem.

The place itself is clean, cozy, and tucked away in a peaceful spot — perfect for unwinding. Despite being nestled away, we had no trouble finding cabs or getting around, and everything we needed was still nearby. It truly felt like the best of both worlds.
