Stay was comfortable. Host was very responsive 1. arranged water can on request 2. cleaned house when we extended our stay 3. prepared house as given in listing the place 1. peaceful green surroundings 2. we had a car so was easy to get around accessibility there are uneven surfaces and steps in entry so young kids and those with accessibility requirements should consider this when booking.

Enjoyed the stay Thanks to our Host Praveen who was quick in responding. The place is very clean and homely We had a couple of problems with the Air conditioner and Wi-Fi to which Praveen responded immediately and were resolved instantly. Great Place…Great Host… Would love to stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at The Rustic Vilaa in Goa! The villa perfectly blends comfort with a charming, earthy aesthetic that feels both cozy and luxurious. The location is peaceful yet close enough to explore popular beaches and local hotspots. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The private pool and outdoor space were highlights—perfect for relaxing with friends. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. Highly recommend for a serene Goan getaway!

Had a great family time with our dogs at the villa. The location is great, with both beaches and popular spots within a 30 min radius. Manoj and his team were prompt and very helpful - they did a brilliant job cleaning up everyday to make us feel right at home

It's a really good place. We were 11 adults in total. We are all family and really enjoyed the space and breakfast they offered. We all really loved the space and definitely suggested.. The host is very helpful for guiding and proactively suggested for our questions. Overall 10/10

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

We had an amazing stay at Jayant’s villa! The property is absolutely top class –The highlight was definitely the huge private pool, which made our trip extra special. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of North Goa, just minutes away from all the popular clubs, beach shacks, and top restaurants. Absolutely Amazing Experience! We had an incredible time at this villa! A group of 11 of us checked in to celebrate a 40th birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, taking care of even the smallest details. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to all the happening places. But honestly, the villa itself is even more beautiful than the pictures! A special thanks to Ashok- the caretaker, and Aunty for their warmth and hospitality. The food they prepared was so delicious that we skipped an outdoor lunch just to enjoy another meal at the villa! Highly recommend this place, and we’d love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

Blue Palm C-11 Villa is a charming and peaceful property, just a stone's throw away from the market, restaurants, and beaches, all within a 5-10 minute walk. The villa is clean and well-maintained, with a polite and helpful caretaker always ready to assist. We had four toddlers with us, so a fully functional kitchen was essential, and it felt just like home. The rooms were nice, and the spacious living room could easily accommodate 7-8 people for relaxing and chatting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the C-11 Villa.

The villa was absolutely wonderful and matched the pictures perfectly. We were truly impressed by the hospitality. There was a dedicated person name (Nimbraj) available to prepare meals for us. whatever we requested, he kindly cooked with great care. His service was exceptional, and he was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more. The location was also ideal, with plenty of great restaurants just a 2–5 minute walk away, including Tomatos, Mikey’s, Palms and Sands, and Uptown where we dine-in all the restaurants Plus, the villa is very close to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was the perfect place for our 4-day getaway. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Great place. Barca themed and fabulously maintained. You get everything you need around. whether you are planning for peaceful vacation or a adventure filled one, you get best of both worlds here. The infinity pool is well maintained fantastic view. The jacuzzi in apartment is perfect relaxation much needed during vacation break. No second thought if you are looking to book.

My husband and I had a great vacation in Rohit’s place to celebrate our anniversary. The staff were very attentive and the host was always a message away. From the pickup at the airport which was organized by the host to the warm and attentive staff and delicious egg curry. We really wished we had more time here . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here . Your beautiful home was like a warm embrace nestled in the middle of all that bustle .

A very spacious apartment with huge rooms. Fully furnished. TVs in both the bedrooms and a huge one in the living/dining room. Compact kitchen with every item of equipment, utensil, crockery and cutlery. Fridge, washing machine. Above all, great hosts! Pramod's mother is a kind, warm, gracious lady who made me and my teenaged daughter and son feel at home. She was literally at our beck and call, coming over as soon as we called her for any little thing. Thank you ma'am! And finally, value for money. I got it at off-season rates, but this place would be worth every paisa at twice what I paid. The icing on the cake is the free parking on the premises for one vehicle, plus space on the roadside on the opposite side for a couple more if you are traveling in a group. Highly recommended!

I loved my two days stay at Joe’s. He graciously allowed me to utilise the cottage’s exteriors even after checkout. I got a restaurant and a two wheeler on rental through his recommendation. Extremely helpful and a nice host!

Panav is a great host super helpful, always available and very generous! He sent us lovely breakfasts , suggested great nearby places to visit! The helpers were very good and always available making sure we had a comfortable stay. The airbnb has a lovely ambiance , cute, cozy and private! La Luxo was a beautiful stay. Nestled in a peaceful place, the rooms were as they were described. The pool and the view from the pool are definitely the USP of the place. Sowmya was a great host and ensured that all our queries were handled appropriately. It was the perfect stay and I would recommend everyone to choose La Luxo if they want a beautiful, peaceful and serene stay with the luxury of a beautiful view and relaxing pool. This place is worth every penny and felt right at home with beautiful view and all the extra amenities. The neighborhood is friendly and while you enjoy the luxury of the view still you wouldn't feel away or alone because it is right in the middle of the siolim with helpful neighbours. The host - Saksham was very helpful and cooperative and we would surely come back to this place. Highly recommend this place ❤️

From the moment we arrived, hosts Siddhartha and Pavika went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. Their clear, friendly communication made check-in effortless. The suite itself is a masterpiece of thoughtful design: light-filled spaces, tasteful décor, and large windows framing breathtaking views of the surrounding greenery. Every detail felt carefully curated for comfort and relaxation. Their curated recommendations - best eateries and activities - were all spot-on. The Blue Wagon Cafe downstairs served delicious dishes and exceptional coffee. When I needed some help, Siddhartha promptly resolved the issue in no time. The Pause Project is the perfect blend of warm hospitality, stunning accommodations, and thoughtful extras that turn a simple getaway into an unforgettable retreat. I can’t wait to return!
