The Tiny house is located in the corner of our mature garden with its own private guest access. It is 7 by 9 feet, so not big, but has all necessary comforts and feels bigger than it's size Solidly built, fully insulated, double glazed, with power and heat and lighting. A few paces away is the toilet and shower room plus microwave for use by guests. The house has a 24" tv, radio, kettle, toaster and small fridge. Wi-Fi: Tea, coffee on tap, otherwise self catering. There is a supermarket close

The A419, A420, and M4 are all within easy driving distance. You can be in the town centre or The McArthur Glen Designer Outlet in 10 minutes, Cirencester in 15 minutes, Lechlade and Fairford (ideal for the Air Show) in 20 minutes. And only a 45-minute drive to Bath, Bristol, Cheltenham and Oxford.

The single-storey annexe has its own front door. This leads into an open-plan drawing room, dining room / kitchen, which is ideal for anyone wishing to live independently. A hallway leads through to a bathroom and a double bedroom. A door at the rear of the annexe opens on towards garden. Private Parking and has no issue with parking inside the gated house. We are available/close if needed otherwise we have self check in option and code will be provided on request.

Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.
