In the wintertime, it is very calm and relaxing and you can enjoy the ocean sounds after an active day. In July and August, entertaining festivals, concerts, and attractions are being held. It is very amusing but might be disturbing if you are looking for serenity.

"Casa da Falésia 28" (studio) is located in the Visconde neighborhood, a typical neighborhood in the city of Peniche. With a unique view of the sea, the house is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. You will find the central area of the city, the Fortress of Peniche, the pier for the island of Berlenga, the beach of Porto da Areia and Avenida do Mar, where there are some restaurants, bars and cafes, all within a few minutes' walk.

Classified as a national monument, this emblematic Peniche windmill over the decades since 1895 for agricultural and industrial use. This is the Blue Studio with an extraordinary view of the Atlantic Ocean with the waves crashing right at your feet. Decorated simply but with everything you need for your stay. It has a double bed but can be prepared for two singles. It's the smallest of our studios. Perfect for 2 people.
