The Grain Store is a boutique studio style unit located on the western end of the Kangaroo Island Brewery production shed. A one bedroom studio with a queen bed, kitchenette, and a weber q on the deck. We are completely off-grid! A comfy sofa bed and heater for those cold nights. Great panoramic views of Nepean Bay and MacGillivray Hills. Walk to the KIB cellar door in 30 seconds! Quality appliances include Miele dishwasher and washing machine and SMEG oven. You are invited to forage in the gardens for veges and herbs. Free wifi too!

The apartment is on the ground floor of our newly built two storey home. You have private access with no stairs or steps, parking at the front door, a well-lit driveway and entrance, off-street parking for boats, free wifi and reverse cycle air conditioning. The private outdoor area and lounge overlooks our spacious garden with your own BBQ.
