My wife and I built this cottage in late 2021 in quiet downtown Pensacola with our guest in mind. Our one bedroom one bath cottage is outfitted so you will have most everything you need. This includes a full working outfitted kitchen, cleaning & paper supplies plus more. Our cottage is located near Ever'man Coop Grocery & cafe, Joe Pattis Seafood Market , Maritime Park (Wahoo Stadium) , Pensacola's popular Palafox Street and other downtown favorites. Only 9 miles away from beautiful beaches.

Waterfront With Pier, Sunset Private King Suite

Serene, safe, & clean right on Perdido Bay and with the best sunset. Comfortable king comfy bed & private guest entrance . You'll have your own fridge, a small freezer, microwave, coffee & Keurig coffee maker, hammock, outdoor seating, lounge chairs, sofas, and pier/dock with shower, and small beach. Owners room is on the opposite side of the house, for your PRIVACY (rarely home). We supply beach towels & beach chairs. Paddle boards & kayaks for your use-go find the DOLPHINS! SMOKE FREE!

If you’re here on a Tues or Wed you may see the F-18 Super Hornet Blue Angels, as they practice these days. We are 5 minutes to Pensacola Beach and 10 minutes to historic downtown Pensacola.

This designer studio apartment is completely private and only steps away from the water. Only minutes away from Downtown Pensacola and all the entertainment the Pensacola area has to offer. This private studio is built behind the garage with its own driveway. Water view looking through the boat ramp from the side yard. Come visit our 100 year old Farmhouse. It has a unique history. It was a brothel and gambling establishment during the prohibition era. It’s even been rumored to have been visited by Al Capone and a US President! Today, it is a charming hobby farm filled with vintage flair and cozy spaces. We offer a suite of four rooms with a private entrance. There are two bedrooms, a living room, and a private bathroom all on a dedicated second floor. Lots of privacy, and you can enjoy the grounds.
