The property has tennis courts, a swimming pool, and a pier. Shops, restaurants, and activities are nearby. Free trolley service runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Orange Beach Condo / Ocean Views

Your patio is directly on the beach; this 3 bedrooms / 2 full baths has balcony door access in every room to enjoy the views. The California King Master Suite will sleep 2 adults. Guest bedroom has a Queen bed and sleeps 2 adults. The Bunk Room has 3 full sized beds and will sleep 6 children(top bunk limit is 140lbs total weight, but is extremely sturdy. The Sofa sleeper is a Queen as well for 2 - 3 smaller 140< adults or 6 children. Great memory making!

The new 40 Steps to the Beach Gulf front

Super clean and cozy. Loved hearing the waves and having access to the beach 24/7. The hot water seems endless, everyone was able to shower without freezing which is something you dont thinknof until it happens. He had a list of recommendations in a book and checking in/out was a breeze. Loved having a washer and dryer, he even provided the soap. The sand dunes do block the view of water but the easy access to the beach made up for that. The only issue was the neighbor above was very loud at all hours. Unfortunately that is out of Brentons control so we kinda just had to deal with it.

Pictures do not do it justice. Absolute beautiful location on the beach in the condo is beautiful. Furniture is comfortable and the day was wonderful. They keep the place immaculately clean matched by the immaculate clean condo. I will definitely stay here again when I come back this way.

Lyndsay’s place was located right on the beach , with an amazing view of the ocean from the 5th floor . It’s a short walk to restaurants and shopping. There’s a great little restaurant right across the street . The place was clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying.

The location was perfect as it was very close to shopping and restaurants. The pools were both very nice and clean. the condo itself was very quite and peaceful. The location honestly couldn’t be better—super convenient and close to everything we wanted to do. Do *not* skip out on Peg Leg Pete’s! The condo was fine overall, but it could use some updates. Nothing major, just a bit dated. Still, it had everything we needed and I’d definitely recommend it! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

We loved our stay at Kiwanis's! The condo is beautiful and very spacious. We really appreciated being able to use their pack n play and high chair, so nice to having to pack ours. We also enjoyed the beach toys beach toys and chairs. I loved the screened in porch as it felt very safe for my active two year old. My boys loved riding the beach shuttle and we very much enjoyed the pools. The residents at Lost Key were all kind and seemed to enjoy talking with us. It's a beautiful resort, well maintained and safe. It was the perfect family vacation!

This was a great place for our brief getaway! Everything was exactly as pictured/described, and the place was very clean. The building has a great selection of loaner items, it's within perfect walking distance of the pier and restaurants, and the security guard was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
