This beautifully presented beach house with a large balcony suitable for entertaining and offering views to the ocean and the wetlands. With only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the beach access where you can drive along the white sandy beach. Enjoy fishing, walking, or swimming.

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.
