This apartment includes a Master Bedroom (with a walk-in closet and private bathroom) and 2 other bedrooms. All three bedrooms include a queen sized bed, air conditioning, and a fan.

Singular y exquisita Casa Colonial del siglo XVII ubicada en el emblemático barrio de Santa Bárbara, en pleno corazón de la Zona Colonial de la ciudad de Santo Domingo Cercana a la ribera del Ozama y los restos del muro de La Negreta donde desembarcaban de esclavos del comercio antillano, esta casa-taller en la que se reparaban los buques mercantes perteneció a la familia Coraza hasta el año 2000, cuando fue adquirida por el galerista Manuel Bolós.
