Beautiful surrounding, peaceful and quiet, private, yet very close to the busy areas and just couple minutes from the main walkway and beaches either private or public. 2 supermarkets are also just minutes away so no need to use the car. Hosts are polite, respecting your privacy but always there if you need anything. I really enjoyed the whole month spent there.

Incredible place to stay! Unbelievable views, access to water to swim and sun, and just so dreamy. Easy access by bus or car to Kotor but peaceful. Highly recommend.

Park yeri yok fakat yol kenarında yer bulmamız için Ado yardımcı oldu. Park yeri olmayışı arabayla bir yere gitmek isterken bizi korkuttu. Ev anlatıldığı gibiydi sadece ingilizce bilmedikleri için çok anlaşamadık. Genel olarak iyi bir deneyimdi. Aracınız var ise park yeri olan yeri tercih edebilirsiniz. Bunun dışında gayet iyiydi

Hotel położony jest w świetnej lokalizacji, z pięknym widokiem na morze i okolicę. Sam obiekt jest czysty, zadbany i dobrze utrzymany – wszystko wygląda dokładnie tak, jak na zdjęciach. Zameldowanie przebiegło szybko i bez żadnych problemów, a kontakt z właścicielem był bardzo sprawny – odpowiedzi przychodziły szybko, a wszelkie pytania były traktowane z życzliwością. Pokoje są przytulne i dobrze wyposażone, a cała atmosfera w hotelu sprzyja odpoczynkowi. To fajne miejsce na spokojny pobyt w Budvie, z łatwym dostępem do plaży, restauracji i atrakcji.

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in Kotor! De locatie was perfect – centraal gelegen, met alles wat je nodig hebt op loopafstand. De ruimte was schoon, netjes en duidelijk met zorg onderhouden, wat meteen een welkom gevoel gaf. De host was bijzonder vriendelijk en proactief, gaf duidelijke communicatie vooraf en stond altijd klaar met tips of hulp wanneer nodig – zonder opdringerig te zijn. Wat echt het verschil maakte: de parkeerplaats. Ruim, veilig en gemakkelijk bereikbaar – iets wat je niet vaak zo goed geregeld ziet bij een Airbnb in de stad. Kortom: alles klopte. We komen hier graag nog eens terug!

I spent a wonderful 4 nights here. Wonderful location - easy walk around the bay to Kotor. The apartment was comfortable, clean and you just never tire of those views. Dusanka was extremely helpful with any questions I had. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Nikola’s apartment. Everything matched the description and the apartment was just as in the pictures. The kitchenette was kitted out really well with anything you might need for a short or extended stay. We were grateful for the extra blankets and the warm air con as we found the apartment rather chilly in the evenings. The surrounding area is absolutely stunning with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Kotor old town is about 45 min walk away but very doable and scenic. It felt like we were away from the crowds but not too far removed either. Would recommend to anyone.

Val and Maya were exceptional hosts - incredibly responsive and couldn’t be more helpful with organising extras including airport transfers, a driver for an excursion and boat tour…all with trusted associates at great prices. Myself and my Family felt right at home in their apartment and I’d highly recommend a stay here!

Zeljko was a great guy and made us comfortable as he can. He was nice and kind to us. Welcome gifts were brilliant, view of Kotor Bay seen from balcony and the pool was also brilliant. Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool due to weather conditions, however me and my wife will definitely come again next summer to stay more than this time.

Had a brilliant stay at Tatiana’s place. Tatiana was incredibly responsive throughout and let us have a later check out, which was really helpful with children. The apartment itself is great. Has everything that you need, is as described and clean. The view from the balcony was an absolute highlight for us. We spent every evening on the balcony - the view is something we will miss. There is also a pool, which my kids really enjoyed. The apartment itself is located about 1 hours walk from Kotor old town, but it is a nice walk along the beach front. Taxi’s are also easily accessible. We actually really enjoyed the area where the apartment itself is located. A little quieter than the busier old town- but still with a beautiful beach/promenade.There is a great restaurant nearby- where you can swim in the sea - which was great. Our kids loved it. There is also a park, a shop and a brilliant bakers within walking distance. Would recommend!

Logement au top : spacieux, propre, moderne, confortable avec une piscine super agréable avec une belle vue sur la baie de Kotor. Tout est bien pensé et fourni dans l’appartement avec une climatisation performante et discrète. Le logement est bien situé dans la baie de Kotor et la résidence est calme, avec peu de monde à la piscine. Notre arrivée s’est très bien passée avec présentation de l’appartement et remise des clés. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, je recommande à 100 % !

We had an amazing 5-day stay at this beautiful penthouse in Bečići! The apartment is modern, sparkling clean, and full of light thanks to the huge panoramic windows. We loved spending time on the spacious terrace — perfect for working, relaxing, or enjoying the sea view. The whole building is new and very well maintained, and the location is just a couple of minutes from the beach. Everything was super comfortable. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable — no issues at all. Sylwia was a great host — very responsive and helpful. She even arranged for someone to handle our temporary registration in Montenegro, which made things incredibly easy for us. The only thing we missed were a few basic essentials: there was no laundry detergent or softener, which made it hard to do laundry, and no starter supplies like coffee or tea (just leftovers from previous guests). Still, that was a minor thing — overall the experience was excellent.

Nous avons passé une semaine sans problème. Bel environnement. Les descriptions correspondent aux photos. L'hôte est très réactif. Petit bémol: à notre arrivée, nous avons rencontré un léger problème dans la salle de bain; l'eau ne s'évacuait pas vite dans la baignoire. Sinon, je recommande à 100%.

As a female guest travelling alone, I spent a wonderful week in Dan's apartment. It's simply stunning - built to a high spec, is well stocked and maintained, quiet and secure. The wider development set rules that residents and guests seem to follow, creating a pleasant, respectful environment. If you want a proper swim, being able to access the beautiful, pebbly beaches with free use of the loungers and luxurious towels is a real benefit. There are lots of restaurants on site but if you decide to self cater the supermarket is not excessively pricey (as long as you bypass the premium imported brands) Be aware that they do seem to experience some stock issues with fresh goods, so you may need to be creative or check the freezer! The Bakery is better for those items. Dan and Jovan were both responsive and helpful, making my last minute booking less stressful and enabling me to get the most out of my break. I would love to return (another massage at The Chedi would be an essential!)

Beautiful place to stay with amazing views, location is a little far out from the centre but the host is very helpful with providing local taxi numbers and even phoned on occasion for us as we was struggling. Kept in communication the whole time and offered to arrange trips etc help to and from the airport

We had an amazing 3 week stay here :) you can walk 10 paces and jump in the water, it’s amazing. We were working while we were here, and the wifi was strong and the balcony was a perfect workspace with an amazing view. We would definitely come stay again :)

Un vrai coin de paradis, je confirme tous les commentaires positifs précédents ! Un tel environnement à taille humaine, calme et fleuri, avec accès direct à la mer depuis la jolie terrasse, sans route à traverser, est absolument unique au Monténégro. Le logement est très bien fourni et entretenu. Jelena s’est montrée proactive et très disponible. Nous y avons passé un séjour inoubliable 😊

This is a hidden gem, which surpassed our expectations. Our only regret is that we didn’t spend longer in this beautiful penthouse apartment. During our stay in Montenegro we stayed in 3 places and Tatijana’s place was our favourite. This place has so much going for it. It is very quiet and peaceful and has a pretty pebbly beach for swimming just over the road. It only takes approx 15 mins to drive to Kotor or Tivat. The outside terrace is truly magical with spectacular views of mountains and the Adriatic. It gives you sunshine and shade throughout the day. The pictures don’t do it justice. This apartment is modern, well laid out and finished to a high standard. It has everything you would ask for including 2 wonderful, helpful, obliging hosts. Thank you Tatijana and Sergio, we would love to return some time.

Highly recommend. Great host and friendly family. We found peace and felt at home. Jovan responded to everything instantly. They were so hospitable enough to offer homemade pastries. The house was filled with things that we could only find in our own home. The kitchen, bathroom were so clean and newly made. The front dock was so private that my wife and I were the only ones using it. It was the same as the pictures and even better. They were well prepared. Thank you.

We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.

I could hear my heartbeat so loudly as I stood on the balcony, taking in the view. It was an amazing feeling—such wonderful emotions!!!

Gözünüzü açtığınız gibi tüm Montenegro manzarasını görüp, bir adımda kendinize ait verandadan denize girebilirsiniz. 1 hafta kaldık ve her gün büyülenerek uyandık. Evin önündeki masa sandalyeler ve şezlonglarda yemek yemek, güneşlenmek, denize girmek paha biçilemez. Ev, otobüs durağının dibinde. Saatte bir otobüs geçiyor. Ulaşımı kolay. Ev biraz dar ve küçük ama bence burayı özel yapan şeylerden biri de bu. Çatı katındaki küçük pencerenin önünde oturup saatlerce vakit geçirebilirsiniz. Sonja bizi karşıladı çok nazikti ve hep bir ihtiyacımızın olup olmadığını sordu. Eğer bu evi inceliyorsanız ikinci kez düşünmenize gerek yok :) Kettle var ama malesef kahve makinesi yok.
