What makes the villa unique is its splendid elevated position, overlooking the beach and the calm sea below, offering a picturesque view and moments of pure relaxation. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, soundproofing glass, and mosquito nets, ensuring maximum comfort in every season. The modern and fully equipped kitchen features a four-burner induction stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, electric oven, 5kg washing machine, TV, and Wi-Fi. The living room offers a splendid sea view and opens onto an outdoor patio, also overlooking the sea, perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing at sunset. Outside, the villa is surrounded by a large garden overlooking the beach and the sea. Access to the beach is private and direct via a staircase. The garden offers convenient parking for up to two or three cars. There is also a covered outdoor shower with hot and cold water, ideal for returning from the beach.

The beautiful villa BiVi is located in the village of Chia, a stone's throw from the island's beautiful beaches and cleverly combines modern comfort with rustic charm. The house consists of a living-dining room with three sofas and a fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with two single beds) and 2 bathrooms with shower and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The annexe sleeps two people and has a bathroom with an outdoor shower...

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
