It features 2 bedrooms, one of them is en-suite, both with air conditioning, comfortable box bed and closet. It has two good sized bathrooms with glass box. The room has a 42" flat-screen TV, a comfortable 2-seater sofa bed, armchairs, and a ceiling fan. The kitchen is American-style, well-equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker and other utensils.

The house is comfortable, pleasant and cozy! House in excellent location! (3 blocks from Main Avenue). It's 400 yards from the ferry. You will have quick access to the southern beaches as well as the northern beaches. We are close to the gas station, supermarket, shops and restaurants. We live in the main house, we have + a lodging in this private place (only the garage and the flights of stairs are shared) . The space has access on the side of the house, portao and a parking space!

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing.
