Holiday rentals with a sauna in Pereque Beach

Sensational, what a wonderful place, an apartment with everything we need, including washing machine, the very attentive Vanessa, gave several tips of places. Condomínio then does not speak, what a pool!!! I will return more times without a doubt!

Excellent place, had everything we needed , well equipped . Very good location, stand in the sand, delicious pool, pool restaurant with attentive staff and delicious food!! Supermarket right next to the building, very practical . Manoela was attentive and kind all the time!

We spent wonderful days! despite being carnival, the condominium was quiet and the house very comfortable. Ideal size for our family, of 4 people. We were very well served by the hostess, who is very kind and polite. We'll be back one day!

The Apartment is very cozy super structured, the view of the pool and the deck is amazing. Well located next to the city centre as well as excellent beaches nearby to enjoy. Paulo provided information and great entertainment tips. It was very worth it, they were wonderful days, the next opportunity I will come back :)

First, I have to recognize that Luciana is sensational! He responded to all messages promptly and answered two requests without any difficulty. The place is great and just cross the street to get to the beach (station 11). The apartment has all calluses for a quiet stay on the beach! Super recommend the site and especially Luciana!!!

Everything is beautiful! The apartment is just like the photos. The complex and location are divine. Just keep in mind that the complex is located on the hill, so everything is steep and the distances are more complicated to walk than what the complex appears.

Cleusa was very attentive, it gave us all the necessary support for a quiet and enjoyable stay. The apartment is impeccable, organized, clean, with appliances, household items that make us feel at home and the view to the sea is amazing. We were super welcome, Taciano very kind and attentive. The bungalow is very cozy, beautiful, all very clean, exactly as in the pictures. It has a super different view, we love it and we would definitely come back. The condominium's pools are excellent for both children and adults. The only point of attention is that this location is further away from the center.

It was perfect, it exceeded expectations. I traveled with my family, I have a 5-month-old baby, and the condominium welcomed us very well, met all our needs. We didn't even go to the beach, to enjoy the leisure of the condominium. We had a barbecue, we went to the gym, it was amazing. Regarding the apartment, it is large and very airy, there are not many insects (it was a concern of mine because we know there are many animals on the north coast), but I didn't even have to put repellent on my baby. The only thing that was missing were adjustments to the bathroom outlets, as it is the only place that has a mirror, and I couldn't dry my hair or use a flat iron because the outlets are a little loose. Wladimir is a great host, responds very quickly and solves problems quickly. I intend to return!

Yuri and Márcia were very kind, attentive and helpful. The house was extremely clean and organized. Fully equipped kitchen and barbecue area. Bedding in great condition and amenities in all bathrooms. Safe location, with cameras and easy access to the beach and tourist spots. The only detail is that unfortunately the bathtub had no hot water. The stay was excellent!

The work of diarist of the 'Lu' which was super punctual, proactive, made a very good breakfast and without invading the guests' space, all very good.

The house is perfect, well equipped, cozy, all very tasteful with a decoration to warm the hearts, from the small details to the largest, full kitchen with all modern household electros, has ample dining room integrated with kitchen, well ventilated and bright, with private leisure area, beds, sheets, bath and beach towels, extremely comfortable pillows. The house is well located, 50 meters from the beach, the beach is amazing with plenty of nature around, the place is well booked. The owner of the house Joelma was very attentive and answered all the questions, always available to talk to us. We love everything and will definitely come back.
