Holiday rentals with beach access in Perigiali

Had a great week @ the Ionian Nest, the accommodation was as per the listing, very clean with good linens & furnishing, well stocked kitchen, plenty of crockery pans etc. Quiet setting, 14 units & only a handful occupied so was quiet, pool area was quiet. Lovely balcony area. Really good well stocked supermarket 5 minute walk away. There are 2 restaurants locally, one by supermarket at the top of the road & Koutavos Taverna down the hill 5/10 minute walk. Both very good value with reasonable choice menu. Beach is just a couple of minutes walk, pebble beach with lovely clear water (no one else there when we went 😊) I would personally say a car is a must unless you just want a chill out holiday on the complex. Palairos has a lovely sea front area with lots of restaurants < 10 mins in the car. Susannah kindly arranged a taxi for us one evening. Worth a drive to Lefkada good place to visit with plenty of coffee bars & restaurants. Would recommended a stay & would book again.

Great place. Great location. Fabulous host. The place is perfect, exactly as you see in the photos. Close to the water, lovely garden, lots of birdsong, mountain backdrop. Nice neighbourhood, good neighbours. The location is great, close to town but private & quiet. Also a perfect location from which to explore the island. Katerina is a fabulous host. Whatever you want from your stay she will get it right. Whether that is to feel like a local & part of the family, or if you want privacy & seclusion, or help & guidance. Highly recommended.

This was the most beautiful place that we could ever have hoped to have spent our honeymoon. The setting and studio are stunning and with easy reach of everything that we needed. The pool area was wonderful place to spend time with it's - out of this world view! Anna arranged our taxi transfers to and from the port so we had no worries on getting to her studio and greeted us on arrival. Everything and more had been thought of for our stay and we were welcomed with an array of provisions to get us started. We loved the ingredients that were either made by Anna or family and used them in preparing salads.We have never stayed somewhere that has been so well equipped, immaculate and the thoughtful extra touches. Anna was so helpful and knowledgable and gave us a huge amount of information, what to visit, how to book with local boat companies and local restaurants etc. We felt very lucky to have found this gem of a place and will return to stay and see the lovely Anna and her husband.

We were here for the second time. Once again, everything was perfect. I fell in love with the cats from there. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The place is truly beautiful and it was clean ! We can’t wait to return.

Il soggiorno da Michela e suo figlio Nicola è stato un sogno! La casa è comodissima, piena di tutti i confort e arredata con cura, ma soprattutto ha due incredibili terrazze in mezzo agli ulivi e ai limoni dove si gode la migliore vista possibile sull'arcipelago e su Meganisi. Mai troppo caldo, sempre livemente ventilato... insomma un microclima che rende il soggiorno indimenticabile. Proprio sotto casa, poi, appena fuori dal cancello, ci sono due spiagge e qualche piccola caletta, con ciottoli e acqua cristallina facilmente raggiungibili e accessibili. Una cartolina della Grecia! Volendo avremmo anche potuto non muoverci mai da casa... Inoltre Michela è un host premurosissimo e attento, senza essere mai invadente, che ci ha fatto sentire accolti con calore. Tutto questo a un prezzo veramente pazzesco! Torneremo sicuramente.

Πολύ καλή επιλογή αν επισκεφτείτε την Λευκάδα, αν και οι καλύτερες παραλίες θεωρώ πως είναι στην άλλη μεριά, αλλά αυτό δεν είναι πρόβλημα καθώς θα χρειαστείτε σίγουρα αμάξι για την μετακίνηση σας. Τέλειο σπίτι ωραίο υπνοδωμάτιο, ωραίος φωτισμός, η κουζίνα από ότι είδα πλήρως λειτουργική(δεν μαγειρέψαμε). Εχει ότι χρειάζεσαι ακόμα και για πολλές μέρες(πλυντήριο, σίδερο, φούρνο, χρηματοκιβώτιο). Το μόνο αρνητικό ίσως να είναι ότι το μπάνιο κρατάει κάποια νερά, ίσως να πρέπει να το τσεκάρετε(δεν ήταν πρόβλημα για εμάς, ίσως για κάποιον άλλο) Περάσαμε τέλεια!

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Angelos! Er war ein äußerst zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der sich regelmäßig erkundigt hat, ob bei uns alles in Ordnung ist und ob wir noch etwas brauchen. Besonders hilfreich waren seine Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Ein echtes Highlight war das Restaurant direkt am Wasser, in dem Angelos arbeitet – nur ein paar Treppenstufen von der Unterkunft entfernt. Das Essen dort war fantastisch und für uns eine klare Empfehlung! Die Unterkunft selbst war super ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sauber, gemütlich und genau wie beschrieben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können den Aufenthalt bei Angelos uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

not just clean, spotless clean. the house looks brand new with a lovely glimpse at the sea and a cozy veranda. easy to reach, short walk from the beach and great hosts. Will come back for sure.

Efstathios place was great. Amazing view. Very clean. The place is practically brand new. Very spacious. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.. we were close to Lefkada town, very convenient location. Would definitely recommend to others. Would stay there again.

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Marina ist eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Es ist sehr sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich ist sehr einladend und der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr sauber. Die Lage ist auch wunderbar. Supermärkte, Bäckereien und auch ein Strand sind zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. In der Umgebung gibt es auch sehr schöne Strände und Restaurants. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder…..❤️

Wir durften eine Woche in dem wunderschönen Haus direkt am Meer verbringen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Terrasse mit dem tollen Blick aufs Meer, die Waschmaschine und die in der Wohnküche befindliche Klimaanlage. Der kleine Weg zwischen Terrasse und Meer ist absolut nicht störend, er ist nur für Fußgänger und nicht für Autos! Man hat tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und die Restaurants und der Bäcker aber auch ein kleiner Supermarkt sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Der ideale Standort, um die Insel zu erkunden, aber abends trotzdem in Ruhe, ein Glas Wein auf der Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer genießen zu können. Das Auto kann man direkt vor dem Haus parken. Das Haus war bei Ankunft sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Es wäre toll, wenn in Zukunft eine Kaffeemaschine und zwei Sonnenliegen vorhanden wären. Ansonsten hat man alles vorgefunden, was man für einen Urlaub braucht! Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt, und können das Haus definitiv weiter empfehlen.

Kate welcomed me from check in, i came by myself. Her and her family took me to a local taverna that had just opened for the summer and we had a lovely time! The property was absolutely stunning, very close to the beach. I rented a bike in lefkada and the cycle ride took about 20 minutes and was beautiful, kate gave me a lift into town to go and get it. Cant express how much of a good time I had! An unforgettable experience and I hope I can return.

Tevor offers a quiet and welcoming place with an extraordinary view from the terrace. Evgiros is a true rural retreat with a strong local community; tavern, cafeneion and church included. The beach can be reached within 5 min by car, perfect for a morning and an evening swim.

The house that we rented was amazing and the view of the bay from its private terrace and from the bed was absolutely breathtaking. The house had everything that we needed, it was modernly equipped and it was very clean. Christine was really kind, helpful, she welcomed us with delicious homemade treats, and we had a great time talking about Greece with her. The house is accessible by car or by foot and we enjoyed our walks to the beach as well. We would love to come back in our future vacations!

wir haben 3 volle Tage bei Aimili verbringen dürfen und uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. erstmal haben wir viele Empfehlungen für die Insel bekommen und es war was ganz besonderes, was wir nicht vergessen werden. Mit dem Auto konnte man mehrere Strände gut erreichen, die Stadt Lefkada war mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen und im Ort der Unterkunft befinden sich 2 besondere Bars/Restaurant. Von der Unterkunft in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ihre Katzen waren auch sehr lieb und haben unseren Aufenthalt noch besser gemacht. wir können sie Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und wollen uns nochmal bei Aimili bedanken.

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα. Ο χώρος και η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος είναι ιδανικά. Η οικοδέσποινα είναι άμεσα διαθέσιμη για ότι χρειαστούμε. Πολύ φιλικό και ζεστό κλίμα. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Ο οικοδεσπότης είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικός, ότι χρειαστήκαμε μας το έφερε αμέσως. Σαφείς οδηγίες για όλα. Στη δεύτερη διαμονή μας διόρθωσε κάποια πράγματα που είχα επισημάνει και έκανε ακόμα πιο αναβαθμισμένο το διαμέρισμα. Πολύ καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο με όλες τις παροχές μέσα! Το συστήνω σε άλλους επισκέπτες! Ευχαριστούμε!!

All'arrivo siamo stati accolti dalla moglie di Athanasios con gentilezza e disponibilità. Ci ha offerto subito un caffè greco di benvenuto accompagnato da biscottini deliziosi fatti in casa. Ambiente genuino e riservato per chi come noi desiderava tranquillità e relax. La struttura era come descritta in annuncio con facile parcheggio e senza nessun tipo di impedimento. Per concludere la sera prima della partenza durante i saluti ci è stato donato un presente inaspettato che ha reso il nostro soggiorno anche sul finale davvero meraviglioso. L appartamento aveva tutti i confort ed era pulito ed ordinato. Consiglio vivamente questo host a tutti coloro che vorranno visitare l isola di Lefkada.

LEFKASEABNB was truly magical. This was my first time in the Ionian Islands and I couldn't have been happier with the location, accommodations, and host. It's called the island of turquoise waters for a reason and it's just seconds away from the place. The space was very clean and thoughtfully designed. You can tell Panos, the host, has put a lot of effort into its design and feel. Panos let us use the bikes to ride along the coast. He also had a paddle board for me to catch sunset. Overall, he communicated well and had lots of tips/recommendations. There are plenty of restaurants walking distance and the beach is right in front of you. We had everything we could have wanted so book with confidence!

A peaceful place to stay and enjoy your vacations, with a lot of things to do in the surrounding area.

Il soggiorno in casa è stato molto piacevole. Casa trovata pulita ed in ordine. Ellie è stata estremamente disponibile e proattiva a rispondere a tutte le nostre richieste. Una sola piccola pecca è la posizione un po' troppo a ridosso della strada: la sera si sentono rumori di auto e moto che sfrecciano. La spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi di fronte casa è molto piccola ma a 2 minuti c'è una spiaggia molto bella. Nel complesso molto consigliata.

We loved our stay at Eri’s ! From the moment we made contact with her to our arrival we felt welcomed and that we could communicate easily with Eri. Having a friendly helpful host has been wonderful and made our stay really easy and relaxing ! Thanks Eri and Kiki ! The view from Our balcony is so serene - great tavernas and shops so close too The sun beds umbrellas and Kayak added you our holiday. It’s such a beautiful friendly place we would love to return !

Un vrai paradis!!! Emplacement de rêve à Assos. Vue unique sur la baie et le château. L’appartement est neuf, très bien meublé, literie et linge de maison impeccables. Accueil très chaleureux par le propriétaire très attentionné et aux petits soins durant tous le séjour.
