Villa holiday rentals in Perigiali

I cannot speak highly enough of Villa Maura. Myself and my family, six of us in total had a fantastic stay here. Extremely comfortable, a perfect size to accommodate all of us, good sized bathrooms all with walk in showers. Good facilities throughout and wonderfully clean and tidy. Paul was fantastic from start to finish. Very helpful and informative. We didn't have any issues or problems, but if we did I'm sure they would have been attended to promptly. The pool is a good size and in a great location to make the most of the view. The sun loungers are very comfortable which is always an added bonus. Even though the pictures look stunning, I promise that the view is even better in person - Trust me! Absolutely breath taking waking up to that each morning. A car is essential (although you can get taxis from Nydri if you look into it) but it's only a 10mins drive down to the town. We will most definitely be returning here 100% - Wonderful holiday at a wonderful villa.

Communication was excellent from booking to checking out. The house is great and as described. Plenty of outdoor space, upstairs and down. A 15 minute walk into Nidri town centre and there is a supermarket just a few minutes walk from the house. We were greeted by Kimberley who was really helpful. All in all, an excellent experience. Thank you for a really great stay!

The villa is absolutely beautiful. It looks just as it does in the picture with the incredible view and clean, considered interior. But what you can’t see is the beautiful construction. Every detail is perfect. Kothreas is at the top of a mountain but it’s easy enough to drive to the delightful seaside villages of Fiskardo and Assos and the extraordinary beaches in northern Kefalonia. The mountain village is charming and rustic with walnut, fig and pomegranate trees, stone buildingd and surrounding hillside that smells of wild thyme & oregano and where you hear goat bells. Nearby there are authentic and excellent mountain tavernas and larger villages like Maganos. The pool is absolutely lovely. We paid to get it heated which was money well spent as our kids stayed in it for hours. Foula and her team were incredible hosts. So kind, informative and welcoming, and it was amazing having a housekeeper every second day. Thank you so much - we hope to be back! Efcharisto!!

A piece of paradise on earth. Truly sublime. The house is located on the Ionian coast. The views offer serene beauty, with mountains and islands painting a breathtaking backdrop across the bay. The garden is well-maintained and has many terraces and places to repose or enjoy. The private beach offers a secluded space to swim. The house is tastefully decorated, and well well-equiped. Kitchen and living room offer all modern comfort and appliances. The design is equilibrious, adding to the peacefull radiance of the house. The bedrooms are spacious and have comfortable beds. The bathroom is fully functional. The house has AC. The owner is friendly, flexible and helpfull, providing tailored recommendations . The region is beautiful, offering a broad combination of history, nature, culinary treats, sports,... Palairos is close (2 kms by car), and has a variety of shops/bars/restaurants/... . We hope to find ourselves back here, creating wonderful memories, in not too distant a future.

Really nice place. Peacefull and intimate, with a spectacular view . We enjoyed it so much , and surelly will be an option when we'll be back on this beautifull island. Highly recommend it.

Really nice villa in a great location, just over an hour from the airport. It’s a 5 min drive from the villa to Sivota - a lovely harbour with plenty of restaurants - including a couple that did vegan options!! There are a few Boutique shops and a Pharmacy too. It’s a 20 minute walk down if you want to have a drink. Pool is v nice and you can swim in the sea as there is a private path down to the rocks at the bottom, but it is steep In places! Caution needed. There was a very sweet pebble beach further on (20 min walk) also a bit of a scramble, but lovely. Ram is a very good host, he sent us so much useful information and came back very quickly to any questions we had. The villa has a lovely view over the Bay - everything very nicely done inside and very clean. Management Company was also very reliable with advice and costings for boat trips, restaurants, beaches etc. Would happily go back. Just the break we needed.

The villa was stunning just like the photos and finished to an incredibly high spec. Beautifully furnished with a clean , crisp and stylish edge.The villa is on a hill overlooking Sivota Bay and other islands and the view is truly breathtaking. The outside BBQ and seating area was large and provided shade from the sun. It was hot while we were here but the air conditioning inside was super efficient and provided the perfect temperature. Paul the host gave great instruction how to get to the villa and was on hand if we needed anything. The road to the villa, and in fact all the accommodation on the hill above Sivota , is windy and steep in places and takes about 10 minutes to drive from Sivota . Sivota itself is charming with lovely restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

This is a perfect tranquil retreat. The villa and grounds are immaculate and thoughtfully laid out with lovely touches such as fresh flowers from the garden in vases and a lovely welcome basket. The pool is beautiful and the views stunning (do make the effort to get up on time to see the sun rise - spectacular!) Christina - Eleni is a friendly and responsive host and her staff are charming. She provided lots of helpful recommendations. The area of Lazarata is quiet (perfect for us!) but the local square is welcoming and has a couple of lovely little tavernas and useful supermarket. It is an excellent base to explore (if you can bare to leave!). Nearby Kariya is very pretty and it is only 20 mins to the coast and Agios Nikitas where there a plenty of people watching spots as well as a lovely beach and walk to Agios Mylos. Perfect! We had an amazing stay! The villa is beautiful & well positioned, so close to the beach & in such a special location. There are a few tavernas & shops located within walking distance- Molos was a particular highlight. The villa was brilliant for our family & baby- blackout shutters on the windows & we were able to borrow a cot & high chair. The pool was full of inflatables, plenty of outdoor seating & sun beds, bbq etc. if you’ve got a young family, it is just perfect in every way. Finally Gal & Rea were amazing hosts. They made sure we had some beers & groceries on arrival & went out of their way to help us the entire time. We will be back very soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay & some gorgeous memories

We were a group of 6 celebrating a 60th birthday. The villa was perfect for our needs - spacious and comfortable with a lovely pool area for evening dining and daytime relaxing. The villa was clean on arrival and was cleaned really well during our stay. Fern was helpful and responsive throughout. We had a great holiday!

Very private with lovely view and great pool. Modern and well supplied though needs more than 3 tea mugs! But I am being picky! Great communication with owner and 10 mins cab away to fiskardo!

Dimitria's place was indeed a Dream house. We were so relaxed there, it was hard to drag ourselves away to visit the beach or restaurants. Very clean, stylish, remote and peaceful. Stunning views and a clean pool to have a refreshing dip in. Communication from Dimitria and Natalie was really efficient and very friendly. We love Kefalonia and would definitely book to stay again. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

What an amazing stay. We loved the house and the surrounds. We hired a quad bike and could get to the nearby beaches and restaurants with ease. The pool area was fantastic and so too the outside deck. There was great communication and easy check-in. We will be back! Thank you!

Location was great. Short drive to several beaches, restaurants, groceries, etc. The house was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

The villa had amazing outdoor space. The place was clean and spacious. We were met by George who showed us around and was always quick to reply to any queries. This was a lovely place to stay. Need a car but that made exploring better. Vasiliki is a lovely resort

We had a great stay at this particular AirBnB. The owner welcomed us personally and showed us around. Everything was clean and in a good condition. We had some trouble with the locking of the balcony door. The owner responded right away and didn’t make us responsible. Big recommendation!

We wanted to see how Lefkada looked in winter, so we rented Kostantinos’s villa. We loved it because it allows pets, has central heating, is spacious, and has a beautiful garden. We loved our stay there also because it was very quiet and relaxing.

Very nice place to stay. The pictures are exactly like the place looks in real. Kostas was good in communication and picked us up to take us to the house. There is a beautiful view from the terrace down to the city. You need a car to get to the restaurants, but then they are easy to reach.

Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Anastasia war eine bezaubernde Gastgeberin und hat uns sogar mit lokalen Leckereien überrascht. Der Pool ist herrlich und die Außenanlagen lädt dazu ein gemütlich zu grillen. Der Ausblick auf den Hafen ist einmalig. Unser Aufenthalt war perfekt und wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

This villa is perfect, set in mature grounds filled with jasmine and pool with a spectacular view. Walking distance to Sparkcoha ( not spelling that correctly!) with its white cobbled streets and local taverna. Perfect. Villa took a bit to find as the GPS took us away from it but Kostas was on hand to give us directions. Vathy is a short car ride away and not to be missed so suggest hiring a car. Kostas will give you contacts, also hiring a small motor boat is the best way to see the coast. A fabulous day out on the pond-like Ionian Sea! There is much construction going on throughout the island, so need to be prepared for that. Meganisi is a gem and we had a fantastic break. The house is built well with big spacious rooms, all with air con. And the pool was a godsend…with temps in the early 30’s in early June is was hotter than expected so the pool was wonderful Thanks to Kostas and his team for a lovely stay

A picturesque villa in the Greek mountains. This remote villa is the perfect getaway for those who want to relax, unwind and disconnect from the world. It is exactly what it looks like in the photos. A private pool looking over the Ionian and lots of private places within the villa to just chill. Extremely clean with a working kitchen. Eleni and her dad were extremely accommodating, helpful with any queries we had and were available to help us if we needed it. It is worth noting you must have a rental car for this villa, it is extremely remote and there aren't any restaurants or shops within walking distance. Overall, we had a lovely stay in this villa and would highly recommend it! Thank you Eleni and Panos.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa. It offers beautiful views, a lovely swimming pool, and a peaceful atmosphere—perfect for a relaxing break. The villa was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Erez was highly professional, welcoming, and very responsive. We also really appreciated the mid-stay cleaning service, which was a thoughtful touch that made our experience even better. Just a heads-up: the road to the villa is quite rough and takes about 20 minutes from the bay, even though the distance isn’t far. It’s a bit of a challenge each time, but once you arrive, it’s well worth it. Highly recommended for a quiet and well-organized stay in Sivota!
