House holiday rentals in Perkins Cove

Very nice place, everything was clean and smelling good, we felt right at home! Comfortable beds except the single one which we could feel the springs. Expensive parking everywhere near the beach, be advised, but free parking at the house. Everyone at the place was friendly. The only thing mmissing would be coffee pods, for the rest, everything was there!

This was our second time staying at Ned‘s place. Just as Beautiful as it was several years ago. He keeps the property very well maintained and takes pride in making sure we are comfortable and have everything we need for a pleasant stay. Felt right at home!!

Great and relaxing location, close to local amenities. Perfect for small groups, Hillary was awesome to rent from.

Cottage 2 br, well equipped kitchen and nice extra porch enclosed and furnished beachy decor. Backyard comfortable adirondack chairs for sitting. Near to beach with free parking if spots are available. plenty of restaurants and grocery nearby. Last cottage in the row and was quiet. Pool and hot tub on property. Would rent again.

Kathi’s place was great! Super close to the Downtown Portland/Old Port area. Kathi was a great host, extremely responsive and genuinely nice, plus she even made my family and I some delicious blueberry muffins for our stay! Her instructions were clear and she made us feel right at home! Would definitely stay again whenever we’re in the area!

The house is beautiful and the views are just breathtaking. From inside the house, you get a beautiful view of the lake and then the porch is amazing. You can kayak, use the paddle board or use the canoe. You can also sit by the lake and enjoy the campfire. The surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. The host is very responsive, solved all our doubts and was flexible with us during check-in and check-out, which we appreciated very much. At check-in, we were greeted by a great bottle of wine and chocolates, which was a great touch. The house also has a ping pong table, books to read and board games. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics. We had an amazing stay, we highly recommend this property :)

We loved our stay at The Lazy Lobster!! Andrew was a very communicative host. He thought of every possible thing we might need help with before we even knew we needed it! The house was beautiful and included every amenity we needed and details were well thought out. We especially enjoyed playing games in the living room, hanging in the hot tub/pool, and the wagon to carry all of our gear to the beach. It was the perfect stay for a group beach trip!

This is probably my favorite AirBNB I've ever been to. The house is perfect for a small group and had everything we needed. It's very cute with comfortable beds and nice showers. The location is great because it is tucked away on a quiet street but still walkable to the main street. Getting in was super easy, and Katie kindly sent me info about the weekend events going on and some restaurants to try. We also got a little welcome package from her which was so sweet. This is the perfect spot for a girls' weekend if you're looking to enjoy coastal Maine. We hope to return next year!

Excellent location! Right on the beach. Beautiful gardens. Bird feeders gave us some view of the wildlife. The indoor porch was a spectacular place to sit and surround yourself with natural light. Roku TV allows you to easily connect your streaming platforms. We appreciate the kitchen basics provided.... basic spices and oils are a nice touch and very helpful. Very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very nice and all accommodations were met and exceeded. We cooked dinner in the kitchen two of the nights we were there and found everything we needed very easily. Everything was very clean and well taken care of, yet felt extremely homey and welcoming! The fire pit and outdoor bar were an amazing benefit, the whole back/front yards and patios in general were amazing. It’s safe to say we truly enjoyed our time in this home and will be checking here first next time we come! Highly recommended stay!

Minisands was everything we hoped for and more! It was super clean and well appointed. Kristen and Spike are the perfect hosts. The location is superb! Loved that we could walk to some great restaurants too! We’ll be back for sure 👍

We had a fantastic stay in Ogunquit! Raymond and Sharon were absolutely wonderful hosts—warm, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our visit. The house itself was perfect: clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. It’s in an ideal location, just a short walk to both the beach and town, making it easy to enjoy everything Ogunquit has to offer. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

My family and I had a serene experience staying here. Although the weather was mostly rainy or cloudy, we loved the lake location and maximized the indoor, outdoor, and nearby activity options. The hosts were so responsive, regardless of the question, and made this a truly delightful visit. This was my parents’ first Airbnb experience and it set the bar higher than I could have imagined! My family and I are already talking about coming back!!

Allen was a great host! The house was clean and very quiet. We brought 3 young kids and the location and house were perfect.

Would definitely stay again. Stephen was a great host and was responsive to all our needs, even including a thoughtful welcoming package. The house was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showers for our big group. Just FYI if you plan on cooking, bring your own spices. The house is a walk away to Perkins Cove but was still an oasis in the woods for tranquil sleep.

This is a perfect spot to stay in Kennebunkport. The space was exactly what we needed for traveling with our 9 month old. It fit us, our stuff, and baby with a travel crib very nicely. The host had a pack and play ready for us to use upon arrival which was very appreciated. We just already had our own with us. The host was very accommodating, welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The place was clean and cozy and very walkable to all the food, shops, and sites in town. The location and parking are excellent. We specifically loved having a washer/dryer on our long stay in Maine. It was extremely helpful. Overall loved this spot and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area!

Perfect sized cottage for the 4 of us. The stunning views and the sound of waves restored our souls! The cottage was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed and more. We loved watching the waves from the Adirondack chairs and enjoyed playing a few rounds of corn hole. We did not want to leave and can’t wait to go back!

Jenn's place is gorgeous and perfect for a peaceful, nature escape! Our group had an amazing stay in this cozy cabin- staying by the lake during the day and enjoying all of the board games in the evening. The kitchen was stocked with spices, condiments and cooking supplies which made for a nice surprise as we cooked most of our meals inside. The listing included a paddleboard for use which we couldn't find, but we enjoyed the kayaks regardless and the private beach is very accessible and beautiful. We highly recommend Jenn's place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

We had a fantastic week-long stay at Heidi's home. She was an exemplary host from the beginning to the very end -- always responsive, flexible, and very helpful. She knew we were going to be arriving at nighttime, and that there would be construction going on nearby with exit closures. She took time to provide detailed instructions on how to get around those closures which alternated between two exists every night from 7pm-7am. This is their real home, so when you enter, you feel like you have entered your home away from home. Everything in the house is not just clean, but spotless. The beds were comfortable and the surroundings are just gorgeous -- especially the sunroom, which is like something out of a dream. We even saw some wild turkeys at a distance in the backyard! Of all the Airbnbs we have stayed at, this was by far the nicest and the most memorable. Thanks so much, Heidi and Dennis.

Jim’s place in South Berwick was a wonderful place to stay during our visit to New Hampshire and Maine. The home had lots of great rustic charm, the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils, and the space was comfortable for the five of us visiting. We enjoyed the peaceful street, the view of the meadow behind the home and the local farm stand only quick drive down the road. Jim was a great host and attentive to our needs. We would be happy to recommend his home and would definitely stay again if in the area again.

The cottage was peaceful and quiet. Neat, clean, and very comfortable. Short walk to shops and attractions in Kennebunk lower village and Kennebunkport.
