Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Permas Jaya

KC was a great host who gave clear instructions. His unit is huge, clean and comfortable, just like a home away from home vacation.

Host was super responsive, helpful and nice. Places is clean but only the sofa was abit dirty but still acceptable i feel. Towels are provided, extra pillows and toilet paper too. Overall it was such a amazing stay, i only hope there were toys for children’s t play. Location wise convenient, there is 24hrs food restaurant, massage, mart and aeon supermarket and also kids indoor playground. I will definitely go back t spend my stayca there!

I like drying machine, it is amazing

It's a very beautiful place and most importantly it felt right at home. It was a top notch stay in and location is a plus point when it's right above the mall after a hectic shopping day. Room was exceptionally clean and accommodating for my family of 5. Plenty of power point to prevent snatching haha, kettle was clean so is the washing machine which can be used easily. Finally, Kenneth was an insightful and thoughtful host with great hospitality who gives clear instructions for the whole check in and out. Once again, thank you for the hospitality and I highly recommend this place if you are around this area. All the best!

Good host, comfortable stay!

really loved the aesthetic design, all the furnishings were well curated to the wood/beige theme. pity the water machine didnt work well. the next morning, no water dispensed out even though power was on. the bed was very comfortable. 5min drive to ksl. the swimming pool floor had a separate jacuzzi pool but i didnt know how to turn on the jacuzzi, cant find the button , and no signage at level 53 how to use it.

The apartment was clean and nicely maintained. All appliances and the air conditioning functioned perfectly. Shower gel, shampoo, and laundry detergent were provided, even though we didn't need to wash clothes—thoughtfully included. The QR code system for entry and re-entry was a bit cumbersome at first, but once you get the hang of it, it’s manageable. Overall, it was a positive experience. Conveniently located to makan areas and Aeon mall.

Big space and clean house. Have karaoke system and mahjong for playing.

One of the best stays we’ve ever had! The place was clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up. The host was incredibly kind and responsive throughout the stay. I felt so well taken care of. perfect place to stay with big group, been 2 years since we have family gathering, and Yes I Do Chapel stay fits all of us comfortably and the cleanliness is above expectations. Highly recommend family (3 generations) staycation in this Airbnb with endless facilities, spaceand photo worthy spots. I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean and had no smell, which made it very comfortable. The host was friendly and welcoming. When I encountered a small issue, they responded quickly and helped to settle it without any hassle.

Absolutely loved our stay! 🏡 The house was super clean, spacious, and perfect for our group. The private KTV room was the highlight — we had so much fun singing together! 🎤 There’s also a Nintendo Switch, pool table, automatic mahjong table, and BBQ area — so plenty to keep everyone entertained. Every corner felt cozy and well-prepared. The host was helpful and check-in was smooth. Highly recommended for family trips or weekend getaways with friends. Definitely booking again next time! 🙌

We didn’t have much expectation since it was our first Airbnb experience…turned out superb and Mr Chong’s place has just raised the bar. House is well maintained and feels clean when we stepped in. Location was good as there were eateries and massage places nearby. Will return again next time. Thanks Mr Chong.

Good and responsive host, the unit is spacious, with new Aircons, clean and come with kitchen. the unit is right above haidilao, and next to popular shopping centres like city square, very convenient. Toilets show signs of wear and tear. overall a good stay.

Had a fab stay at Kym’s place! 🧳✨ Super easy to find and just a stone’s throw from City Square Mall—perfect for food, shopping, or emergency bubble tea runs. 😄 Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the apartment had everything I needed, right down to the tiniest detail. Kym was a gem—quick to respond and gave instructions so clear even my GPS felt appreciated. 📍 Only one bummer: the sofa had seen better days (looked like someone forgot what a coaster—or common sense—was 🥲). So here’s a friendly note to fellow guests: let’s help keep the place lovely for everyone and treat it like our own home (except maybe cleaner). 💁🏻‍♀️✨ Would definitely book again—minus the mystery stains!

True to description, and the facilities are good for those w young children! Definitely worth a night’s stay in JB, close to Midvalley. There are also food shops/bakery at ground floor near to the apartment. Security is strict, which is good for safety.

Sarah's & Yeow's place was clean, cozy and baby friendly; I had my 5 months old twin daughters at their place and it felt like home! All amenities provided was convenient. Thank you for the awesome stay and looking forward to staying at your place in the future 😀

Place was comfortable. Space was adequate. Our children enjoyed themselves. Every corner of the house was a playground to them therefore they didn’t get bored.
