Had a great time fishing here!! The place had a well stoked kitchen and a nice grill! There's also another fishing area nearby by car that was great too!

Frank and Martha are very responsive and easy to work with. The house is so relaxing you don't want to leave!

House suited our needs perfectly. Kermit even dropped by for a visit and it was great to meet him and learn a lil about Edenton.

This was just the getaway we needed. We were unfamiliar with the area, but wanted a quiet reprieve from the city that was near water and Nora and Alan's Airbnb provided on all fronts. Nestled right on the Albemarle, we could read and lounge with the sound of the water and birds as our backdrop. Up for some fun, we made good use of the bikes and kayaks during our stay. Fifteen minutes from nearby towns allowed for exploration of cultural and historical sites. A bit further away allows for daytrips to the Outerbanks and nature reserves. Ideally located to get up to as much or as little as your heart desires.

Very comfortable and well equipped. Great fenced in yard for dogs. Neighbors were friendly. I would book again.

The house was peaceful and in a safe area. It worked perfectly for us .

She was quick to respond and will help with what ever you need , everything was great! I definitely will be returning when ever come to EC visit family again . Thanks again 🥰🥰

This was our little home away from home while my son and I visited my daughter. Allison was super responsive!! She contacted us to see if we needed a cot and whether we preferred coffee or tea. Our basket of snacks was a nice touch! We enjoyed our stay!

Amber was great, she was very nice and informative. I had a late check-in and she did not mind at all. I stayed at her place with my children and it made our NC experience so much better. Thank you!

Great place and location. Very nicely decorated space that was relaxing and clean. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable bed. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice surprise as we arrived after a long drive and enjoyed a glass before walking to dinner in town. We would stay here again and recommend to others. If you are headed to Elizabeth City, you have to stay at Harbour Place! It is immaculate, stylish, and walkable to everything in downtown. Michael is an exceptionally hospitable host. It was quiet and private as well. Slept like a dream. And he really has thought of everything. This Air BNB is top tier! Highly recommend.

The perfect spot for a quick stay in Elizabeth City. The place was clean, quiet & cozy. I appreciated that all the light switches were labeled, a little detail that I wish more places had. It was easy to find & the check in/out instructions were very clear.

The most beautiful views of the Chowan with easy access to the dock. Spacious, full kitchen and luxury bath. Gorgeous landscaping and lot, and the host went out of his way to make sure we were welcomed and comfortable. The full outside bathroom was so nice to have while swimming and playing in the water all day. Can not wait to come back again!

The condo is very nice, functional, and super well-equipped (it looks just like the photos). Brad is very attentive and responds quickly. The instructions for entering the apartment and for check-out were very clear and straightforward. The location is very close to the water park, and our kids loved visiting it. The only thing to keep in mind regarding the location is that it takes 22 minutes by car to get to the nearest beach, and approximately 30 minutes to get to the beaches in Duck

Great location for a secluded get away. Relaxing and comfortable condo with plenty of space. There is not much in the town of Roper, but a short 15 minute drive will put you in a town large enough to grab whatever you may have forgotten or need. Check in was easy and the on site manager and groundskeeper were both very kind and knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to recommend or book again!

Nice and inviting place. Despite the cold weather, the area is great for exploring historic landmarks and easy to get to other attractions and areas of business for the week.

Location and listing was exactly as described. I'd like to add that this location is easy to park at (specified parking spot in a parking garage), very walkable location with a coffee shop, breakfast spots, and restaurants all within a 1-3 minute walk. I came to visit to ECSU for my son's ECSU Freshmen orientation. I will definitely stay in this location again when we visit him throughout the next few years.

Such a perfect size place for a long weekend stay. Everything we could've asked for all in perfect shape. Bed was comfortable, plenty of towels, paper towels, k-cups, with creamer! The place was just a walk out the back slider to a bench where you can sit to watch the golfers on hole 10 or a walk across the street between the townhomes for an INCREDIBLE sunset. You are allowed to walk the course after 7:30pm and before 7:30am. Club house has limited hours, but the restaurant on the marina has extended hours. But... Edenton and Elizabeth City is 20 min drive with many more restaurant options. And what a community! You can't drive or walk anywhere with out a smile and a friendly wave🙌🏼. Love this place.... we'll be back!
