The home will comfortably sleep up to 7 guests & pets are welcome too! This location is 10 minutes to ARH, 5 minutes to HCTC, & surrounded by areas for hunting, fishing & trail riding. The home is also located within an hours drive to the Red River Gorge, several lakes, ATV parks, mountain bike & hiking trails.

See the real Hazard, hear laughter from local school and hillsides all around! Walk to downtown Hazard. This house was not lived in for over 50 years and needed to be revived. It now has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, sitting room, living room, dining room, kitchen, sunroom/laundry, and two porches. The front porch enjoys the breeze coming up the valley. There’s a large backyard and patio in addition to the secret garden entrance. Still has a few construction projects but very comfortable living.

This lovely four bedroom, 2 full bath cabin (also known as The Barn) is a unique property located at Wendover, the former historic home of Mary Breckinridge's Frontier Nursing Service. Perfect for guests who are working in the area or coming back home to visit family and friends. Very clean, comfortable and sleeps up to 8 people. Nice deck on the back with mountain views. Please note this property has no kitchen but we do offer a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

Love the farm house feel & vibe. Country setting, but very close to everything my husband needed. He was very pleased! Carey was always very quick to respond & also very helpful with any questions that we had. The house was very clean, neat & tidy. We will definitely be staying again!

World Traveler Room

Both Carey and Doug were helpful and outstanding hosts, and I would certainly go back. Their space was large and welcoming. One caution: If you have a larger vehicle, there can be an issue with turning around in the driveway. Overall, I was most happy with my stay with Carey.

Emily is indeed a super host. She was able to accommodate our entire group and went above and beyond what a host is actually supposed to do, from delivering extra towels to supplying us with her amazing coffee blend. We will definitely be wanting to stay here again when we are back in the are.

Very nice small home just a few minutes from Downtown Hazard. Nicely decorated, and super clean! Comfortable beds, all needed amenities, a great little home-away-from-home. I’ve found that the hotels in the area are really comparable in price, and we much prefer being able to cook if needed, have the additional space, etc — and Mulberry House fit that perfectly. Also - the neighbors are sweethearts. A super friendly little street, and safe. Would definitely recommend!
