Holiday rentals with beach access in Perth

Janet's NEST is located on a peaceful cul-de-sac within easy walking distance to south terrace/ south Beach and the city/Port of Freo. The place is quiet and well appointed - including fans AND RC air con and very comfy beds - but importantly Janet lives downstairs and is a very responsive host - even rescuing us when we locked ourselves out. the off street parking was a big bonus. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Freo.

Sue’s place is in a great location and has everything you need. It was clean and nice. The only downside was that we only received one keycard and we struggled to make that work with 3 people. Also the bar underneath played loud music and the terasse was busy. But by 10pm it got quiet

Vicky’s place was the perfect base for everything we wanted to do in Fremantle. The place is cosy and comfortable. Great restaurants and shops are just around the corner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay a d felt lucky to find this gem!

Our stay at Lynn’s place was great. She and Les are friendly, flexible and very helpful. Their studio flat is quiet, comfortable with a lovely courtyard area to look on and sit for breakfast, coffee or a drink. Everything is as described in their listing. It was easy walking distance to everything - sights, Freo markets, beaches, restaurants and cafes. It was only 10 minutes walk to the train station to head into Perth city. Can definitely recommend to stay here.

The house is just a 10–15 minute drive from Perth city, located in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood. It’s very comfortable, easy to find, and perfect for kids. I especially loved the clean and well-maintained bathroom facilities. Overall, it was a great stay for our family (2 adults and 2 kids).

Position, position, position !! Darran's place had everything we needed for a five night stay. Slap bang in the middle of Freo, we couldn't have asked for more. Will come back. Will recommend to friends.

We loved staying at Dan’s property. We are originally from Perth and also had a rental holiday unit on Scarborough Beach, so we know the area well. It suited all our needs for a quick trip home. Would highly recommend. The unit has all you require and great views.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient. The host was responsive and welcoming, which made our stay even smoother. Only thing to note – there’s just one bathroom, which can be a bit of a wait if you’re staying with a big group. But overall, it didn’t affect our experience much, and we truly enjoyed the stay. Would definitely recommend!

It's everything I was looking for for a good stay and to get to know Fremantle. I wanted to live like the locals and Bec's place was exacly that. Walking distance to grocers, safe place to have my morning run, and it's walkable to the beach with my kids. I asked for blender and she sent me one. Bec was a great host.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Dianne’s home. The accommodations were above expectations and we would happily stay there again if we are lucky enough to return to Perth/North Beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Matt and Carly’s Airbnb in Perth! The home was clean, spacious, and beautifully presented—exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a comfortable family trip, including thoughtful touches that made it easy to travel with our 1.5-year-old toddler and 7-year-old daughter. The space was quiet and safe, with a lovely outdoor area the kids enjoyed. The location was convenient for exploring Perth, and we felt very at home during our stay. Communication with Matt and Carly was smooth—they were kind, responsive, and helpful throughout. We really appreciated their hospitality and would happily return or recommend their place to other families visiting Perth. Thank you for a memorable stay!

10/10 recommend staying at this air bnb. Ashley was very transparent and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process of booking and staying at the home. A quiet street, close to the centre of town. The home is in a great location, either walk or a short drive to be in the heart of it all. We had a 2 year old with us and the home was baby/toddler friendly with a cot assembled on arrival and also a high chair for us to use. Thank you Ashley for letting us stay in your lovely home.

We had a lovely stay at Sandra's place in two rocks! The house is clean, walkable to the beach and town and has a great backyard for cornhole. We would stay here again!

When we were there, it was a little cool for the use for the pool, it was used, but not as much as it would’ve been in the summer. The outdoor grill is fantastic, we actually only used the sofa and TV on her last night. The indoor outdoor living scenario was worth every penny.

Great location and a very responsive host! The house was just as advertised—clean, comfortable, and close to everything we needed. Communication was quick and easy, which made check-in and our overall stay super smooth. The hot tub was definitely a plus during our winter stay. Would definitely recommend!

This was our second time staying at this place. Despite the construction next door and the mild noise from the club opposite on the weekends, the location of this Airbnb was unbeatable. With only a 3-5 min walk to the beach, corner store, fish and chips, and gelato, it was just a great holiday for the whole family. Kitchen is well equipped and stocked and there were beach toys for the kids as well. Melissa was even kind enough to offer a cot and high chair, which we didn't need, for our kids before we had arrived. Thanks for the hospitality!

We stayed at Jen’s place twice during our time in WA. The location is fantastic- very walkable and close to some delicious bars, restaurants & great food at the Fremantle markets. Jen’s apartment is lovely. The building itself is older but the apartment feels newly renovated, very clean & had everything we needed for a very great stay. Jen was an excellent host- great communicator & went above & beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We loved our time there and would gladly stay again!

it's hard to find a place that is both stylish and accepts families , but I was so lucky to have found Shey's listing. our stay was luxurious and well stocked with supplies. she was also very responsive and caring. instructions were all clear and accurate. appliances easy to use. highly recommend her listing - it'll be the first listing I'll book on my next visit to Perth :)

Definitely a president suite standard of airbnb . Very generous host to give pre breakfast , eggs milk and complementary drinks . Wonderful preparation . All the necessities needed are all in this Airbnb . I am speechless to see how good this Airbnb is . Will be back again for sure

Great location - across the road from North Cottesloe beach and a short walk to Cottesloe main beach. We stayed there for the Rottnest Channel swim and it was really convenient. Very comfortable apartment and Kaye was super-helpful in accommodating our booking dates and allowing earlier check-in timing.

Beautiful, quiet apartment right across the road from the beach. Perfect for our short beach getaway away. Only down side was that the top bunk wasn’t made up for our stay so the child had to sleep with one of the adults. Otherwise the apartment was clean, conveniently located and comfortable.

Lovely location. Very clean and tidy and hygienic. Only critique is unusual but the heating is not great. Still 5 stars though.
