Holiday rentals with beach access in Peruibe Beach

Guest house, pool and air conditioning, all 4 bedrooms

The guest house (house annex) will be rented, featuring a large swimming pool (7 X 4), 4 bedrooms (2 en-suites). There is another house on the property, but it is isolated by a wall (I live in the other house, but I am available to assist). The rented space offers privacy, with a 2-car garage, Wi-Fi, 5 smart TVs, and all bedrooms have air-conditioning. The living room is integrated with the kitchen and barbecue area. The house is located in the third block of Peruíbe Beach (approx. 600 meters from the beach). Keep the sound at low volume (AMBIENT), we do not allow excesses.

We are located at the foot of the Juréia ecological reserve, the second largest reserve of Atlantic forest in the country! We are close to rivers, waterfalls, beautiful islands, wonderful and paradisiacal beaches! Easily accessible location, leaving the asphalt road, it is about 200 meters on a gravel road. The cottages are 3,500 meters from the beach in the center of Peruíbe, 2,500 meters from the center of the city of Peruíbe! Extremely quiet location, a mixture of the tranquility of the countryside near the beach!

Hathaguest lovingly offers this space, Relax here, comfort and nature. Next to the beach, you will arrive walking through the dunes, already leaving the house, immersed in the largest Atlantic forest reserve on the planet. Beautiful views of the precious Itatins valley, forest mountains. The night sky here is very starry. The whole house is for you. The property has three houses, well spaced from each other. We have a garden, lawn and also three friendly dogs and chickens, the yard is common, very large.

A Casa da Sereia (espaço inteiro) fica a poucos passos da praia, tão perto que dá para ouvir o som do mar da cama. Bairro tranquilo, próximo ao comércio. Seu pet é super bem-vindo! Localizada numa Av. muito segura e tranquila (com estacionamento gratuito com vigilância 24h), tem layout e decoração diferenciadas, com piscina privativa, churrasqueira e forno de pizza. Está mobiliada e equipada com todas as comodidades para proporcionar conforto e praticidade para até 6 pessoas.

We offer free bed linens (sheets, pillows with pillowcases, blankets and comforter), basic dishes (cutlery, plates, glasses, pots and baking sheet), barbecue kit (board, skewer, and grill), face and bath towels (we ask that you DO NOT use the towels to go to the beach, only use them to bathe in the house) We ask that after 9 p.m. sound and noise be reduced, so as not to disturb the neighbors and respect municipal laws.

The house has an integrated living room and bedroom, bathroom, open kitchen with all the utensils for preparing meals or a barbecue. In the outdoor area, we have a barbecue, sink and table with four chairs, a small swimming pool (1 meter deep), large closed garage (30m²) but it only fits one car due to the laundry in the same space, and a garden with plants and fruit trees. I have an aquarium and a nursery in the yard that I take care of every morning.
