It has a private pool (3m x 1.80m x 1.40 deep), barbecue, refrigerator, cooktop, oven, microwave, basic kitchen utensils, blender, TV, ceiling fan in the living room and bedrooms. A safe house, with a camera monitoring system in the common area of the condominium and an electric fence. Family condominium, no excessive noise.

The house has an integrated living room and bedroom, bathroom, open kitchen with all the utensils for preparing meals or a barbecue. In the outdoor area, we have a barbecue, sink and table with four chairs, a small swimming pool (1 meter deep), large closed garage (30m²) but it only fits one car due to the laundry in the same space, and a garden with plants and fruit trees. I have an aquarium and a nursery in the yard that I take care of every morning.
