Apartment 1036 is on the 10th floor of the Serra dos Itatins Condominium, in downtown Peruíbe. It has a panoramic view of the beach, the city and the Juréia reserve. Wifi in the apartment and space for remote work (table with power point and sea view!). Nearby there are several restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets, all within walking distance if you wish. There are several kiosks by the sea in front of the apartment. Bedding and personal items must be brought. There's no garage!

The outdoor area showcases a well-maintained swimming pool surrounded by a spacious deck. Sun loungers and umbrellas are placed for relaxation. The house features a large balcony with wooden railing, complementing the modern architectural design and connecting indoor and outdoor spaces.
