I had the pleasure of spending a wonderful week at the cottage with my 2 boys. The cottage had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The outdoor spaces were beautuful and the kids and I spent a lot of time on the swings and in the hammock. The lake was perfect for swimming (the kids especially loved the big floating mat) and we enjoyed exploring the lake in the canoe as well! The kids have been asking to go back ever since!

Reed was a great host and this cottage is truly one of kind. Highly recommend a stay here, our group will be coming back for sure! Clean, spacious and private space with lots to do. Felt modern with many amenities yet still got the cottage/lake house feeling.

Marilyn has graciously opened her home to me for the entire summer. the house has been very well prepared for my long stay. She created extra room to accommodate are larger volume of 'stuff' The house' kitchen and other critical systems were in perfect running order. Marilyn was ver responsive when I reached out with questions.

The location is amazing, a short walk down the trail to the public beach was a great bonus. The lake is perfect for swimming! The place felt very homey, and the nostalgia of watching a movie on VHS is so much fun. Would recommend this place to everyone!

Really enjoyed our stay at this very clean, nicely furnished, well equipped and nicely located cottage. Loved reading and having a morning coffee on the dock. Nice quiet lake. Not too long a drive.

We stayed here for an extended long weekend and had the best time. The place had everything you would need for the stay. Our dogs loved all the open space for running around and would go up and visit the alpacas throughout the day. Gisele and Joel were extremely friendly and welcoming in all aspects. Any questions we had they were quick to respond. We will definitely plan on visiting again in the future.

Ryan is without a doubt a great host. I had an issue and I contacted him before 9am on a Saturday morning and he responded within minutes. He was always available to help out and is very caring. His home is just beautiful. The pictures I took of the lake reflect the beauty of the place and the cottage is very peaceful and it’s indeed a great place to unplug but don’t worry because there is wifi and the phone reception is very good as well. My family and I really enjoyed our time there. Thank you Ryan for making this an unforgettable trip for us!

The place looked exactly as in pictures. The house was clean and organised when we checked in. It was so peaceful, worth the price. We had fun! And hosts were amazing, helpful and responsive.

Loved our stay at Catchmore. Very private setting, quiet/peaceful location, also the spot along the river was great for boating/fishing (slow current in specific spot). All in all would definitely recommend and we’d love to visit again!

It was a great Experience that we visited this nice cottage. Clean neat perfect place for a family with lots of amenities. No one will regret choosing this place as their vacation home. The host is very responsive and never gets late for whatever you need.

We had a wonderful stay at Susan & Craig’s cottage by Rice Lake! The place was peaceful, clean, and beautifully located—perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was getting early access to their lovely pool, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made our trip even more enjoyable. Susan & Craig were kind and responsive hosts, and their attention to detail really showed. Would definitely recommend staying here and hope to visit again!

We stayed at the North COTTAGE for a ladies work trip to Peterborough. Everything was as listed, and this was one of the cleanest Airbnbs I have stayed in! We really loved the coffee bar, and the morning view was beautiful. The hot tub and pool were very clean and great to use after a long day of training. Thanks for a pleasant stay, Mike!

Sarah’s property is one of the most dreamiest places for families. It ticks off so many boxes for everyone in your party. Communication with the host very timely and much appreciated.

Phenomenal getaway at Moon River!! Pictures do not capture this incredible space. Everywhere we turned it just kept getting better. it is accurate that 2 days staying on the property is not enough time to do everything available to you. Massage chair was a massive hit. Can't wait to rebook here for another getaway. Julia was helpful, friendly, flexible and great with communicating before I needed to reach out to her. Just WOW. 10/10

The host was super friendly and considerate. The house was clean and loaded with everything you would need or even think about, and also everything was organized and was in its place. We may come back with our friends again, cause our experience was really satisfying.

Another excellent week at McCracken's Landing. I couldn't say enough great things about how every single person working the cabins, restaurant, and store are all so friendly and truly care about the place and their guests. It's a slice of paradise!

We had an incredible stay at Michelle and Gary’s beautiful designer cottage! The space is stunning, with an amazing view that instantly puts you at ease. It truly feels like a luxury hotel—every detail has been thoughtfully curated. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (just bring your food!), and the bedrooms were super comfortable. Bathrooms were spotless and well-maintained. The layout is perfect for multiple families, with a large open area to gather and plenty of cozy nooks to relax and unwind separately. The boathouse was a big hit—it’s well-equipped with lots of water sports gear, and the dock is a great spot for fishing. An ideal getaway!! we’re already looking forward to coming back!

The house was spotless and the garden was absolutely lovely. Both we and our dog had a wonderful time during our stay. We always bring our own sheets to Airbnb stays, but we couldn’t help noticing how fresh and clean the ones here smelled — that was a really nice touch. Many of the things we brought with us were already available in the house, which made everything so convenient. Hot water was always available, which made our stay even more comfortable. The garden was peaceful, filled only with the sounds of birds and frogs — it was truly relaxing to just listen to nature. Getting away from Toronto for a few days was exactly what we needed. Before we arrived, Dylan had kindly left firewood out in the yard for us — that was such a thoughtful gesture and we really appreciated it. As a suggestion, the double bed could use some improvement — it wasn’t very comfortable. Also, the mosquitoes were really intense; despite using repellent, we were bitten all over. Fantastic stay! Clean, beautiful views, hot tub was amazing and fishing off the dock was pretty good. NOTE: Proximity to road was a bit of a thing for the sound. That being said it didn't diminish our enjoyment of our stay. Thank you again!

We love the location of this cabin on the lake. It was perfect for us with great access. The cabin is well appointed very clean and had everything we needed. We would enjoy coming back again.

Casey's home was beautiful and the effort they put into the small touches really shows.Everything was spotless when we got there and their instructions were clear and helpful. Their guide on things to do in the area were also great. We enjoyed the hot tub, the BBQ, and the patio in equal measure and overall had an amazing time! Thank you Casey, we will be back!
