Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfortably restored, it has a bedroom with a double bed (+ a mattress on the floor on request), a living room (convertible sofa) with kitchenette and wood stove, separate toilet, bathroom with enameled bathtub and is extended by a veranda. The house is located in a small quiet village, surrounded by animals (horses, donkeys) 4 km from the A23 Bordeaux-Lyon exit and 65 km from the Mont Dore ski slopes.

Located, quietly, in a valley by the Maulde and in a charming village of the PNR of Millevaches in Limousin. 6 km from all shops. Beach with games, monitored in July and August on the nearby river. Fishermen's paradise (river, lakes, ponds). Numerous activities offered in the area ( swimming, hikes, water activities 15 km away)

This Gîte is located in a very quiet village in a beautiful green area in the region "Creuse" of the Limousin, France. Ideal for peace and nature seekers and super for the cyclist. Super supermarket and train station 2 minutes walk. Restaurants and large supermarkets and other facilities can be reached within half an hour. This Gîte has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. Upstairs 2 spacious bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom.
