The legendary Efes kebab is 150 m away. 15 min by public transport to the city center, 7 min by car. Nearby is the famous Francuska Street full of atmospheric restaurants, the beautiful Skaryszewski Park and the green bank of the Vistula River, ideal for a walk or bike ride. The apartment is quiet and peaceful, there are all the necessary electronics and household appliances as well as air conditioning.

An apartment in the heart of the city, but very quiet. The very center of Warsaw, 2 steps from the Central Station and the Palace of Culture and Science. Close to the subway and trams. It is located in a renovated tenement house on a small, green street. There are plenty of restaurants and intimate, charming cafes around. Nearby is a great Milk Bar with Polish cuisine. Most tourist attractions are within 15 minutes. Near the building, there is a free bicycle rental (first 20 minutes free, then PLN 1) and electric scooters.

Everything you need is nearby: grocery stores, bakery, restaurants, bars, ATM, post office, drugstore, etc. Łazienki Królewskie is a 10-minute walk, and the Palace of Culture is 10 minutes by tram. Hi, welcome to the Downtown, our beloved neighbourhood. We would like to invite you to a cosy flat that we renovated ourselves, putting a lot of heart into it. Hoża 19 is a great starting point for exploring the city, both on foot and by public transport. From the Central Railway Station you can get here in 10 minutes by direct bus, and to the Old Town in 15 minutes you can take a tram from the stop 250 m away. You can walk to the Centrum metro in 10 minutes and to the Lazienki Park in 20 m.
