Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Philadelphia

Beautiful and clean. Great privacy and outdoor setting. Perfect for quiet residential get away. I love the area and familiar with Philadelphia. If you are looking to travel into the city a little inconvenient, however if you are a family and want quality as rather than site seeing this is a perfect location. Host was extremely responsive and gracious.

We had a great stay at Marcella’s house. Very comfortable, nicely decorated town home in a great location. We traveled with our dog and baby and were all very happy there. The path along the canal is beautiful, with waterfalls and mosaic. Marcella was a great host and very accommodating.

A great spot for our family to gather for a wedding weekend… a great location, lots of room, John a great host.

Mark’s place was impeccable in so many ways. It was super clean and there was attention to every detail from the coffee to the bows on the toilet paper. My main concern before booking was the safety of the neighborhood. Mark assured me it was safe and he was right!! The neighbors were super friendly and we walked to several restaurants, meeting nothing but great people on the way. Mark’s place was worth every penny and we made memories to last a lifetime. Thank you so much, Mark! I give this place a 10 out of 5!!!

The sonata was a great place with lots of character. It is a great place to just settle in on the rooftop deck with a fire and enjoy your family. There are also plenty of restaurants and night life spots in walking distance.

My family has come to love visiting Philly. Its really great to be able to stay in these new areas that we loved walking through on our previous visit to Philly. Duane's location allows for great walks with nothing to do and eye candy around every corner. If you're into historical sites and pretty architecture this location will be perfect for you. If you're into bars and nightlife a few blocks away is a great area. Plenty of restaurants to eat at and bars to drink at. Very happy with this location.

The service was impeccable. I noticed that an air mattress was missing. Dan had a new one delivered the same day it was needed. Was very accommodating when the number of guests changed. The area is in the middle of a gentrification of sorts. Some blocks are nicer than others. New condos and renovations taking place. You still see the odd strange character but we felt safe. Beds were comfortable. Keurig coffee available. Well equipped kitchen.

We thoroughly enjoyed Joe’s place and will stay there again when we return to Philly. The house is lovely and was immaculate. The neighborhood was very quiet and we walked to Fairmount Park and the art museum.

The kitchen? Immaculate. The bedrooms? Forget about it. I don't know how many times I've over slept! There were plenty of instances where I left my TV on full volume but the other guests were sound asleep. The A/C units are a little tricky. The private balcony is what made the stay worth-wild; the other guests were very considerate though. The shared balcony afforded a more uninterrupted view of the bridge and city-scape and the building was well maintained. My only complaint is the main door to the building was consistently left open/ajar. My guest mentioned hearing someone coming all the way up stairs and trying both doors before walking away; the safety issue made me think twice about booking again. Although the apartments door can lock, that extra layer of security is what I was looking for!

The host was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating to my questions and requests! It was very nice staying here, this place is perfect for a large amount of guests. I stayed here a few months ago with some friends and liked it so much that I later booked it myself for another stay in Philly.

Natalia’s space was exactly what I desired- private, cozy, and peaceful. Parking was a breeze and communication was always prompt and clear. Thank you for providing such a lovely stay Natalia, Kevin, and Mango!!!:)

We had an amazing time staying at this Airbnb. The location is perfect — close to tons of historic sites, with plenty of great shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Even with all that nearby, the place was very quiet, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself was lovely — very clean, with updated furnishings and calming colors that made it feel really relaxing. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens were top-notch — definitely better than your average rental. The furniture was cozy and made it easy to feel at home right away. One of our favorite features was the rooftop patio. The views were beautiful, especially in the evening. It was such a nice spot to have a glass of wine and unwind after a day of exploring. Asif, our host, was fantastic. He communicated clearly and quickly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Highly recommend!

The unit was very nice. It was very described as it was online. Scott was very communicative. Everything I called about. He helped me out if I had any problems. I definitely recommend this unit to anyone coming from out of town. It wasn’t loud around there. It was nice and laid-back and I definitely enjoyed myself. I definitely will book with them again thank you very much for a nice Mother’s Day weekend. God bless

I recently stayed at Fishtown Urby and it was absolutely delightful! The staff is incredibly friendly and were always available to assist with any questions . The building has such a unique charm, and I truly felt at home there! The amenities are fantastic, and the apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need, they really thought of everything! I'm thrilled to have discovered a place like Urby where I can enjoy quick getaways!

Carlton's place is comfy, well furnished, and bigger than I expected. It feels like a true home instead of a basic boring room. Plenty of room and seating, loved the art and mix of vintage & modern decor. Kitchen had cookware and cutlery, bathroom had plenty of toiletries, soap, etc. As many have mentioned there is a train track across the street but it didn't bother us a bit - train added to the charm. Location was good. Free parking for 2 cars was a bonus, compared to cost of parking in the city. Carlton was very kind and responded to any questions. We had an unexpected scheduling snafu and he took care of us so we wouldn't miss our event. Thanks for a great stay and a much-needed good night's sleep!

Chanelle was a great host. The home is in a great area close to park related events. I recommend this location and I look forward to renting from her in the future.
